"Our family had a restful 3 day getaway before the kids head back to college. Easy parking for two vehicles. The cottage is well-appointed and comfortable. The beds were comfy with ample pillows and nice bedding. Short, direct walk to the beach. I think this street hasn't seen as much improvement as the neighboring streets, but surely will someday. Very friendly, quiet, and dog-oriented area just as we remember our regular visits to Oxnard over the past couple of decades. We hope to stay again!"

"Gerry was so friendly and solicitous ~ I appreciated the sparkling water he offered and his general affability after a very long day of family and driving. The room was exactly what I'd hoped for: Clean, quiet, and convenient to everywhere I needed to go. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. I will definitely return the next time I travel alone."

"Martha was an amazing host and attentive to all our needs. Her cottage is a perfect little spot to stay for exploring Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. The outdoor space is great and neighborhood is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!"
