The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view, which made my mornings and evenings truly special. "El lugar es muy lindo, esta bien ubicado, Gaia la mujer del check in es muy eficiente y simpática. El problema es que cuando contratas te aparece que el precio es €45 y de hecho dice total a pagar. Pero te clavan en letra chica unos €40 de limpieza que sería casi el doble y casi ni t enteras que te los estan cibrando. Por €85 conseguia hoteles con desayuno incluido. Una pena, sino fuese por eso volveria"

"Overall we had a nice stay here. Beautiful views and can't beat the huge patio, which had ample seating and lounging space. Unfortunately a few details took away from the value of this accomodation. The faucets were loose and one of them didn't work and the rain showerhead in the bathroom did not work. No toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc) were provided and instead of handsoap in the bathroom, dish soap was provided. We brought our own toiletries so it wasn't a problem, but for this price it...

"The property asks for high amount of deposit IN CASH which I find not usual and suspicious. It is written in French in the description of the apartment so no one notices. Second, when I arrived at night, there was no electricity, it was turned off and without telling me at all. Third, the first night the next-door was partying very loud all night and at the end they were actually squatter, which made me feel EXTREMELY UNSAFE. Forth, the key of the outside door that was give to me was with defect...

"Sometimes photos and write ups on properties are exaggerated. This is not at all the case. The pictures on property are exactly what you see, even better in person. Bright rooms. Lovely art work on walls, amazing water views and the breeze feels wonderful! The apartment well appointed with much of what you need to get started. A supermarket right around corner, fabulous restaurant on ground floor of building (delicious veal shank)"

"This property is a perfect 5-Star for this area. The location is very central and absolutely ideal for exploring Nice and surrounding areas. Everything is within a couple of minutes walking distance. There are amazing restaurants and bars near by, it is very close to the fabulous beach and boardwalk, shopping, groceries, train station, etc. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, historic, luxurious and in a very safe, pleasant and relaxed neighbourhood. "Not a luxury flat! Not enough beds for our group of 10 while property labeled sleeps 11. Lack of necessary commnunication from owner and wrong address was provided. Property lacks everything including toilet paper, gabage bag, etc. etc. so we had to go to grocery to buy all daily stuff. Owner only wants to collect money but not provide necessarties for guests stay. Not a good experience."
