Family beach retreat

We stayed with a family of 4. This home had more than enough space for us. We loved the location and the pool. Very clean with all the things we needed. It was nice having beach stuff too; umbrellas, cooler, chairs. We would stay again.

Glad we had pool.

The house and pool were just what we needed. The bed pillows were very firm. I need a fluffy, squishy pillow for my neck. I had a neck issue the whole time I was there. On each bed there should be two different kind of pillows. Just a suggestion. Or keep one in the closet for people like me with neck and back issues. The hangers were a nice surprise. The beach chairs and umbrellas were convenient.

Best Vacation!

We just stayed here to celebrate our twin daughters turning 16! We also had my young niece and nephew (5 & 6). This house and pool coupled with the perfect location made it so easy to spend the day shark tooth hunting (went just stayed close to Sharkeys) and then come home to swim in the pool! Weand hang out!

All good things plus more

Hands down the best rental we've ever had!This home exceeded all our expectations in every way. It was incredibly well-stocked with thoughtful touches throughout—fans in every room, sound machines, high-quality kitchen items (including spices we really appreciated), matching silverware, ice trays and packs, laundry detergent (possibly left by a previous guest but still appreciated), and absolutely everything you could need for the beach. Extra beach and bath towels were plentiful, and I could go on and on with how many little extras were included.The house was spotless and clearly very well taken care of. Communication was flawless—both the booking agent and the cleaner/property manager were responsive and helpful every step of the way.We loved eating at Sharky’s and walking the pier—both were a highlight of our stay. The beach is definitely within walkable distance , but with smaller children, it was just a bit far for comfort. That said, we had a great time searching for shark teeth during the day and relaxing at the pool in the afternoons.This place is perfect for a single family, a large family, extended family, or even a group of close friends. We can’t wait to come back again!

Very Convenient Location

Great location. Beach couple blocks away-walkable which is a plus for us. During spring break traffic is heavy so we can walk to beach or historic downtown or to local restaurants.Rented e-bikes for a few days and explored.

We all enjoyed the house especially the area where it was located. It was very quiet and relaxing to enjoy the pool throughout the day. All the stores and restaurants were easily accessible by car.

Fabulous vacay spot

My mom and I stayed at the Villa for a week and it was amazing!!! Perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, very clean and cozy! Updated throughout and the pool/outdoor space was fantastic. The Villa is located in a great neighborhood-safe, fun and quiet BUT close to awesome hotspot restaurants, the beach and great shopping/ nightlife on Venice avenue. 12/10 recommend will definitely stay again!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Home is as advertised in a very quiet neighborhood. We arrived in the evening and the porch light was on so that was a nice welcoming touch. Communication prior to arrival was excellent and we had all the information we needed to start our vacation. We had a minor issue that was promptly addressed and rectified by the property manager.Overall, we enjoyed the home. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was very clean. Not related to the house, but the beach there is amazing. We hope to book again!

Venice beach 2024

Such a cute house! Way bigger than we expected and plenty of room! The kids loved the pool and the lizards everywhere outside. We even had a little frog that stayed on the front porch during our stay. Definitely will come back and stay here again.

The cutest house!

This house was exactly as described! Very cute, clean and with all the amenities. The house book was very helpful. Checkin/out was a breeze, great communication. Location was very close to beach which was a plus! I would highly recommend and have already had someone ask for the info. Don’t hesitate, book it!
