Wonderful stay in Venice! Apartment had all I needed and more, and the view of the Grand Canal is spectacular. Being right over the Rialto market was a treat, and the water taxi is a few steps away. The hosts were INCREDIBLE! Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I return to Venice.

Michela's communication (before, during & after our stay) was excellent. Her husband met us at the vaporetto stop & escorted us to the apt. The property was as described and depicted. We enjoyed the view of the Grand Canal & watching the inner workings of Venice. The apt is up 3 flights of stairs, so don't bring a giant bag (as I did.) The AC sufficiently cooled the apt during our stay in July. If you can spring for a water taxi to/from the airport, I highly recommend doing that. You'll be dropped off about 30 yards from the apt, as opposed to lugging your baggage through the throngs of tourists, over the Rialto bridge and up & down stairs! Despite being directly above the fish market, the apt was very quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Michela!

Nothing short of spectacular!

We absolutely loved our “home base” on the grand canal, near Rialto bridge. It felt so centralized to everything. The place was clean, bright, updated… and best of all - the best hosts I’ve ever experienced! Thank you to Michela and Giovanni for everything. I will happily recommend this location to everyone I know.

Love! Didn’t want to leave.

My husband and loved our stay in Venice. Michela was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Making sure our arrival via ferry from the train station was smooth and Gianni met us at the ferry station and walked us to the flat! All the recommendations and Michela’s guide book we had an amazing 4 days. We want to return soon!

Amazing hosts!

Michela and Giovanni were such amazing hosts. Very accessible, checking in during our stay, and Giovanni even met us at the ferry station! Which was so appreciated since the arrival in Venice can be overwhelming. The unit was plenty big for the two of us, but there is also room for a third person. Simple and cute, nicely remodeled, with many thoughtful amenities provided. The view to the Grand Canal was tops! We really liked the location. You can walk to various neighborhoods, or take the public transit which has a connection extremely close by, less than a city block away. So you don't have to haul your luggage far. We were really glad to be away from the big tourist sites like San Marco. It was like a haven.Highly recommended this place!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Venice. The view of the Grand Canal was beautiful and a wonderful view place to watch the city wake up in the morning. The apartment was clean and a great space for two people. It had air conditioning which we were grateful for as it was quite hot outside. Michela was fantastic and very helpful in providing detailed information, and we appreciated Giovanni greeting us at the water taxi when we arrived. We highly recommend this location and would love to come back someday.

Tres bel appartement situé au coeur de Venise

Superbe appartement, tres propre, beaucoup de caractere, facile d’acces. Hote tres acceuillant et aidants. Seul bemol, le bruit tot le matin en raison du marche qui s’installe par ailleurs cela nous permet d’etre au cœur de la vie venetienne

The best experience

We have stayed in many VRBOs and have never felt so welcome. Michela and Giovanni are exceptional hosts. I felt like we had a private concierge service with such wonderful detailed information both before arriving, while we were there and information left in the apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect. The apartment had everything you could need. So nice to have nespesso available in the apartment. Venice is beautiful and having such a great place to stay just made the experience that much better!

Beste Lage

Wir wurden bestens empfangen. Das Appartement ist großzügig, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Bei Fragen kümmert sich die Vermieterin sofort. Fantastisch sind Lage und Aussicht. Lärmempfindlich sollte man jedoch nicht sein: Der Rialtomarkt öffnet früh und der nahe Platz ist beliebter Treffpunkt für junge Leute.

Vous aimez la vie ? C,est là qu,il faut être !!!!!!!!!

Un appartement très propre au coeur même de la vie Vénitienne ... Des propriétaires adorables qui vous guident... Dès le matin , vous vivez au rythme de la vraie vie : un panorama à vous couper le souffle... L,appartement se trouve au milieu de tout, des commerces, à deux pas du pont du Rialto, juste à côté d'un arrêt du vaporetto... Vous voulez boire un café, faire des courses, visiter des palais...tout est facile d'ici.... Le marché du Rialto est juste au-dessous de la fenêtre avec, légumes, fruits, boucheries, et des poissons excellents et d'une grande fraîcheur ... Lorsque nous reviendrons à Venise...c,est de nouveau là que nous nous installerons car pour comprendre Venise il faut vivre là !!!!!! Fabuleuses et inoubliables vacances !!!!!

Sehr schönes Appartement mit freiem Blick auf den Canal Grande

Sehr einfach zu erreichen, die Vaporetto-Haltestelle Mercato ein paar Meter entfernt. Zwei Stockwerke über dem Markt, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, geräumig, das Bett auf der Galerie eine Etage höher. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir waren zu zweit und haben uns sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt, erste Adresse, wenn wir wiederkommen!

Tolles Appartement für 2 Personen bestens geeignet um Venedig zu erkunden. Die Sauberkeit die einen hier erwartet, ist auf einem bisher noch nicht erlebten Level Die Lage ist topp allerdings muss man bereit sein, die Marktlage mit allen Konsequenzen zu akzeptieren. Wir fanden es jedenfalls super direkt vorm Haus die leckersten Lebensmittel einkaufen zu können. Top Objekt, mit sehr engagierten Vermietern

Absolutely Amazing!

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay. We loved everything about it...the location is perfect. Gorgeous views of the Grand Canal. The apartment had everything we needed and most of all our hosts Michela and Giovanni were wonderful. From the moment Giovanni met us to escort us to the apartment to the day we checked out, their hospitality couldn’t have been more gracious. They were perfect hosts and their apartment was beautiful. Toller Urlaub im Herzen Venedigs

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem wunderbaren Appartement am Rialto Mercato. Michaela und ihr Mann Giovanni, der uns von der Vaporetto-Haltestelle abholte, sind nette hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns mit guten Ratschlägen schon bei der Organisation der Reise zur Seite standen. Sie hatten uns im Vorfeld hilfreiche Links z. B. zum Public Transport und zu Tickets geschickt und auch Restaurant- und Einkaufsempfehlungen in der Wohnung hinterlegt. Die Kommunikation erfolge auf englisch, was Michela exzellent beherrscht. Die Lage nahe der Rialtobrücke und direkt am Fischmarkt kann man nicht als ruhig sondern eher als lebendig bezeichnen, aber das wussten wir im Vorfeld. Man kann sich von dort sehr gut und schnell in alle Richtungen (Biennale, Lido, Marktplatz, Flughafen) bewegen und so das Beste aus seinem Urlaub machen. Venedig ist voller Touristen und die Straßen, Plätze und auch die Restaurants sind proppenvoll, da war es hilfreich eine Wohnung zu haben, in der man sich schnell etwas zu essen zubereiten kann, was besonders für das Frühstück empfehlenswert ist. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir planen schon unsere nächste Reise nach Venedig, die wir dann bei Verfügbarkeit wieder in dem Appartement verbringen möchten.
