The host was very welcoming; all in good order when we arrived. The host checked in during our stay. This property is well located, and very well cared for. It has great indoor and outdoor space. I would definitely re-book, and recommend this property to anyone seeking a quiet, safe, and convenient location.

Love love love this home! Location was great and dog friendly beach was big highlight. Host was so very thoughtful welcoming us with wine and cheese platter. That is certainly above and beyond! House was very clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. We will definitely return!!

Exceeded Expectations!

Looking for an escape from the dreary days of March in Maine, this home served as a perfect retreat for my husband and I. Mornings and evenings were enjoyed on the screened in lanai admiring the whimsical garden area. We were specifically impressed with the freshness & cleanliness of the home, the brightness of the kitchen, communications from the host Belinda, quietness of the neighborhood and the proximity to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. The location served as a perfect base for our visits to Sarasota. In addition to the basics of home - gas grill, use of garage, comfortable furniture and high speed internet, there were the unexpected extras - welcome wine and charcuterie board, laundry supplies, health & beauty products and the cutest flamingo umbrellas for our use. Although we have had to accept compromises when traveling with our dogs, none were needed here. The best way to summarize our experience is “next year we are extending our stay to four weeks versus two”.

Great Place in Venice

Great location; quiet, safe neighborhood. Great neighborhood for dog and people walking. House is very cute and comfortably furnished. Very well maintained. Great outdoor space with privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our time in the house. Hosts thought of everything to make it feel like home. Quiet neighborhood. Chose due to proximity to bike trails which worked out well! Great hosts here!

Best house ever!

This was an amazing property with, hands down the best hosts ever! Belinda and Edward were so thoughtful and truly wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the location and our pup loved the fenced in area. The property has 2 bedrooms with comfortable bed and linens. Everything you could need is provided in the house as well as for the beach. The lanai was so comfortable to relax and read.We would definitely book here again!

Perfect in paradise!

Very impressed with this property. The hosts made it special with some treats upon arrival and basic necessities like soap! ( I’ve stayed at places that literally had a small bar of soap in one bathroom and that it!) it means a lot after a long journey to be able to relax and not have to immediately go shop. Nice lanai and fenced yard were perfect for my little dog. Beautiful landscaping made it private and peaceful. Loved it.

Perfect Venice Spot!

My husband, 1 year old son, and I had a wonderful time here! This adorable house had everything we needed and was so comfortable. It really felt like home. The neighborhood is convenient to downtown Venice, the beaches, and a great park (Shamrock) right in the neighborhood. We loved to drive over to Wellen park, too. There is a great playground area, splash pad and tons of restaurants. We felt like we were in such a great location to experience Venice. The owners were so helpful and sweet! Thank y’all. We would absolutely stay here again.

We booked last minute to warm-up, enjoy a couple beaches, fish & hunt for sharks teeth. It was a good central location for our outings and the garage supplied some beach items and shark tooth basket sieves. We enjoyed the screened back porch with Florida foliage. Relaxing time.

My mother, sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed our time spent on the lanai. Belinda was very quick to respond to our inquiries. I would readily book this property for future stays.

Quiet getaway

Nicely furnished home. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the screened-in lanai. Really appreciated use of garage to park vehicle. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager was very responsive to questions and wanted only for us to enjoy our vacation.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our time in this home. It was tastefully decorated, had all essentials, was close to the beach and was one of the cleanest homes we've stayed. Check in and out was a breeze. We were plesantly surprised to receive a call early on our check in day - letting us know the home was ready and we were welcomed to arrive early. Upon our arrival we found wonderful snacks and beverages. Belinda is certainly doing everything possible to make this home a great experience!!

Great choice!

Lovely clean home. Has everything needed to feel “at home” Nice neighborhood. Close to park and short (5minute ) ride to beaches, restaurants,shopping. Since we have similar tv service at home we were able to navigate the system but this was a bit more complicated.
