Beautiful home

Our stay in Venice was wonderful. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything you could need during your stay. They supplied pool and beach toys, bath and pool/beach towels, kitchen supplies and a complete guide of Venice with suggestions for dining, shopping and beaches. The internet was great as we were able to work a few days from home. Owner is available when needed and very nice to communicate with.

Hands down the best!

My husband and I have used VRBO and other rental providers over the years and there are always ups and downs. However, this was hands down the BEST! Not only was the locations extremely clean but it was also well stocked with every item that’s the renter might need. It was clear to us that it was important to the renter to provide the best service possible and not just to collect a paycheck. It seems that there is always some reason to call and get clarification on some things once you get to a rental, but not with this house. We came to realize this toward the end of the week when the renter called us to make sure everything went well. It was then that it hit us that we hadn’t had to call about anything. If we ever go back to Venice, we will definitely rent this house!

Home away from home

House was exactly as listed. Beautiful and clean. Well updated. Also very well stocked in both the kitchen and with beach and pool supplies. Tons of beach chairs. And a beach wagon which was super helpful to carry all the kids stuff to and from the beach. Pool was wonderful! Kids loved it!

Super Clean and Comfortable

Nice clean modern home in a quiet area of Venice. House had everythjng you need whether you are relaxing by pool or going to beach. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. Outdoor space has a nice grill, dining area and two lounge areas. We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this one did not disappoint. I appreciate the cleanliness of the home and would recommend this home for couples, families or groups.The Host was responsive and accomodating.

South Venice Villa

This house had everything we needed for a wonderful week in South Venice. The check-in process was easy, the owner was very responsive and the house was extremely clean. The kitchen is so well appointed, everything had been thought of! The beds were large and comfortable with plenty of extra linens. We loved having coffee and happy hour by the pool every day!

Great time at Villa Lemon Tree

Our time spent at this home was just wonderful. This well kept, clean home was conveniently located to many beaches, restaurants and stores. Our grandchildren came down for a visit and loved the small park that was in walking distance from the house. We also enjoyed the homes close proximity to the bike trails. The owner takes excellent care of this property and has it stocked with all the things you need for a comfortable vacation. He was also very accessible to us with any questions we had during our stay. We enjoyed our time swimming in the heated pool and sitting outside in the beautiful lanai area. Looking forward to returning next winter.

House is beautiful and well equipped, in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the heated pool. Owner very helpful and responsive. Bedding was comfortable. Great location, close to several beaches where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this villa.

Terrific Hosts and Wonderful Stay

The house was exactly as described. Everything was very clean and absolutely gorgeous. The house was 5 minutes from Manasota beach we're we found lots of shark teeth that was very exciting for our girls. Everything we needed was supplied and they even had everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. Torsten is an incredible host and was always available for questions if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded Expectations

This was a wonderful stay from start to finish. We arrived late to check in and we had a code for the door so we could get in without any issues. The House was exactly as described and our family of 5 was able to comfortably stretch out in the three bedrooms. The master bedroom with attached bathroom was perfect for me and my wife, the second bedroom was perfect for my 18 year old daughter and the third bedroom with the twin beds was great for my six and 12 year old. Everything we needed for our trip was provided. From the kitchen utensils and dishes to the pool towels, beach towels and everything in between. Our main goal was shark tooth hunting which was also covered. Three Florida snow shovels, a floating sifter, more chairs than we could ever need, umbrellas, sand toys, you name it and they had it. They also had the sand cart to carry it all the pictures don’t do it justice. We would 100% stay again in a heartbeat. The covered pool was also absolutely perfect after our long days at the beach!

Family Spring Break

Great house and property in Venice for a family spring break trip. Our family of 5 stayed here in March 2024, and the property was exactly as described. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Torsten was a great host, very communicative, and check-in was a breeze. The pool was fantastic, and the amenities provided at the property were well more than expected. Would recommend this property if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation location that is still close to the beach.

A Gem

This was a beautiful property and looked just like the pictures. The owner was easy to communicate with and wanted to provide good service to his guests. This house was the best stocked house I have ever rented. It was so nice that they provide so much for their guests. Anywhere from what was in the kitchen to pool toys and items for the beach. I would definitely recommend this house!

Home away from home!

My husband and I very much enjoyed this comfortable home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house had everything we needed while being away from home. If you are a beach lover, all the beach equipment is there for you! The home also comes with a beautiful heated swimming pool and very comfortable lanai. The home is in South Venice and just a short drive to Manasota Beach. Shopping for groceries or other necessities is five minutes away and historic downtown Venice is an easy 10 minute or so drive. Great restaurants and fun shopping in downtown Venice. There are so many great beaches in the area that are easy drives to get to. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating if we had any questions. We will be back next year!

Ein Traum

Sehr, sehr schönes Haus, modern eingerichtet. Tolle Küche mit wirklich allem was man braucht. Schlafzimmer geräumig mit grossen Kleiderschränken und wirklich genug Kleiderbügeln. Badezimmer zweckmässig mit viel Stauraum. Pool und Terrasse mit Grill. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen, es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts. Lage sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Beste Betreuung durch Besitzer, vielen Dank nochmals. Familie Ammann aus der Schweiz

Felt right at home

This has been the easiest rental. Communication with the owner is outstanding. The house except the living room furniture was just like the pictures. The living room furniture picture needs to be updated. The black couch and chair were slightly uncomfortable but we still made it work. The house has everything you need. Would differently rent again.

Happy in Venice

We booked LemonTree Villa to spend time with old friends who live in the area. It was excellent in every way with very practical yet tasteful furnishings and was fully equipped for our needs. We are seniors but access for families to the excellent beaches in the area is fine. Torsten responded instantly to our questions and we would not hesitate in staying there again.
