The location. Very close to a nice beach. Many good restaurants in the area. Many interesting sites to see within reasonable driving distance. The condo is not fancy, but it comfortable and works well for an extended stay. The hosts were helpful in solving a couple of minor issues in a timely fashion.

We really enjoyed our stay in Venice at this property. It’s close to the beach, shopping and lots of dining options. Owner was very quick and happy to respond to any questions we had. There were beach chairs for both of us and lots of other beach items to use. Kitchen was well furnished for our stay, as there was also bath towels and linens too. The one thing, which really isn’t much, we had a hard time with figuring out the front door, once we finally figured it out we were good. Overall it was a really nice place we would recommend it to others and or come back to stay if she would allow us.Thank you so much for having us!

Beach Paradise

This is our second year in this condo on Airport Rd in Venice Fl. It’s in a great location and easy to get to the beach, downtown and restaurants. This condo is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms, living area and kitchen. Just the right size for our stay. The hostess is very gracious and can always be contacted. We can’t wait for future stays here.

Venice Condo

Condo was clean,tastefully decorated and well equipped. Stayed for a month and was perfect for the two of us. Location was great for walks to the beach and town. Great for watching planes take off and land,however takes a little getting used to busy road and airport noise. Renata was great with checking in and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Great Time in Venice

Winter Escape

We loved staying at the Crosswind Landings in Renata’s condo. Very comfortable and clean. The condo has all of the amenities you would need for your stay. It’s in a perfect location. The beach is up the street and the main town is a 5 minute ride or a 20 minute walk from the condo. We love watching the planes take off and land at the airport across the street. We are already looking forward to our return in 2025!

Good Time in Venice

All things were good at the condo. Great location near the beach. Easy access to roads and highways for day trips. Lots of things to do in the area. We enjoyed our month of January in Venice.

Condo By Service Beach

The condo was nice and functional. It was an eight minute walk from Service Beach which is nice. You can walk for miles in both directions staying on the beach. There were also many trails to walk on in the area that were a short drive from the condo. There are also many attractions in the area that are a short drive. Rita and Tina were great hosts. We had a couple of minor issues that were corrected in a timely fashion. It was a great time in a great place to stay.

Wonderful location! We rode our bikes everywhere (beach, downtown, legacy bike trail etc.)Clean, cute and comfortable place. Renata was great to work with. Disappointed it was already rented next March. Definitely would rent again!

Great Time in Venice

Great Cozy Get Away

My husband, myself our 18 year old daughter and her friend stayed here this past week we really enjoyed our stay. The beaches were great, not very populated. Grocery stores and restaurants are close and convenient. I would say this place is perfect for 3 people, you will need a air mattress if bringing 4 people. I wish the Second bedroom would have a full size bed, then it would have been perfect! We will definitely stay here again! I think this will be our new go to spot!

Favorite VRBO experience

The condo was very clean thanks to Tina and we appreciated Ranada's attentive and understanding management. We found our neighbors friendly and helpful. Best of all was the short walk to the beach with evening strolls down to see the beautiful sunset. The location is close to the shops, restaurants and farmers market of downtown Venice. Grocery shopping is convenient and an easy ride to the sights of Sarasota. We enjoyed biking the neighborhood and trails, hiking the Sleeping Turtle Preserve, along with playing nine holes at the Venice Lake Golf Club. Great Stay!

Great Time in Venice

The condo was very nice and well equipped. It was in a quiet area that was an eight minute walk from a great beach. We enjoyed our entire stay. There were numerous things to do in the besides going to the beach. Nice restaurants and other activities. It was a great four weeks.

Excellent!!

I don't often give a 5 star rating, but this condo deserves it! The condo was wonderful, serving as a base while visiting elderly relatives who live in Venice. It is a short distance to everywhere we needed to go, and easy walking distance to the beach. Even though near the local airport, it was very quiet. The owner was helpful and supportive with check-in, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Comfortable couch and beds. The A/C works great in the mid summer heat and humidity, too. Nicely equipped with everything we needed. With concerns about Covid-19, the condo was very clean... Spotless. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip!

Cute little condo!

This is so close to Venice Beach and all the activity of this beautiful area. We love the beach but covie-19 put an end to our stay. The condo had all we needed and we rode bikes on the local bike trails and enjoyed the sights. Reneta was very easy to work with and will return when things get back to normal.

Great location for bicycle riders, beach goers, golfers.

Pros: wonderful location, very friendly neighbors, condo well stocked with everything you need for an extended stay (including all the small details: chip clips, tape, scissors, etc.). Lots of great restaurants, boutique shops, and grocery stores very close by.
