One of the nicest places I’ve even stayed.
Absolutely great. Host met us at the water bus and walked us to the apartment on first day, even though I’d mistakenly gone to the wrong stop. Fantastic location - close to major sites but in an area that I think has some actual locals. Apartment itself was luxurious and beautiful. Extremely well equipped and maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet at night. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Host was amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Almost staying your family vacation home!
This is gem! We were so happy to stay this apt for three days while traveling in Italy. Emannuel was kind hostess, she met us on dock as we arrived by water bus, showed us apt in and out. She even gave us option as where to keep our bag if we wanted to keep luggages in apt. She was first of many people who warnning of pick pocket. And I really appreciate your cleanness. My husband who had dust mite allergy did not cough single time while we were staying your place! Thanks! If you come this way, you should stay this place. I definitly will stay again!

Overall a great stay. The apartment is close to everything Venice has to offer. Just wish there were easier directions to follow from different modes of transportation. Make sure to note which train station to arrive to and which waterbus/taxi to take. But it was all ok in the end

the apartment was as seen on VRBO. clean, comfortable. close to everything. just hard to find as you have to go down an alley, which is the norm for Venice. would stay there again.

Great stay in Venice
The property was perfect for us - 2 couples (4 adults). The host was very friendly and helpful and met us on arrival. The location was perfect - short walk to the tourist spots but just out of the way enough to stay out of the tourist mess if you wanted. Many shops, cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Clean, comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Apartment
Centrally located to what we wanted to see. Very clean! Two bedroom, two bath. Washer and dryer. The host waited for us where we docked and escorted us to the apartment. We’d stay here again.

Alles war bestens!
Wir wurden am Vaporetto abgeholt und zur Wohnung begleitet. Sehr nette Vermieter die uns auch während des Aufenthalts mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie man das auf den Bildern sieht. Große Räume, super sauber. Also alles bestens. Noch einmal vielen Dank und vielleicht kommen wir ja wieder!

Logement parfait pour une totale immersion
Logement idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants. Toutes commodités, très propre. Idéalement situé dans une rue calme tout en étant tout proche du vaporetto et de la place St Marc. Quartier très agréable avec tous commerces à proximité. Accueil très chaleureux avec toutes les informations pratiques nécessaires. Et quelle délicate attention d'avoir déposé des bouteilles d'eau au frais! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Quiet Retreat
The 2 bedrooms / 2 baths was a perfect scenario for our family visit. I've made many trips to venice so can easily compare locations. This was a good one. Near the Arsenale boat stops where you can catch boats easily. And you're a 5 min walk to S. Zaccaria stop where you can catch the 7 directly to Murano. There's a neighborhood butcher, bakery and gelato place! Note that the shower is tiny and it does leak a bit (we used towels to sop it up) and the tub stopper in the other bathroom won't hold in the water. But those are really the only 2 things that need attention. (we did lose power the last morning but we had been told where to look for the breaker box in case that happened.) The communication was great all around and we were very pleased with our choice of apartment! Thank you, Claudia and Emanuella!)

Maybe you didn't know how to use the shower and the bathtub correctly. Electricity generally has no problems, you have made a short circuit and the protection system has disconnected the electricity

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location
We loved our stay here! It is located near all of the main attractions, yet in a quiet and residential neighborhood. Very near the water and vaparetto stops with lots of light, high ceilings and plenty of room. The kitchen was generously stocked with essentials. Communication was timely and clear. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit divine Venice.

Bel appartement vénitien agréable à vivre
L'appartement possède le raffinement des habitations traditionnelles vénitiennes : terrazzo au sol, volumes importants, lustres de Murano, belles et grandes fenêtres gothiques qui éclairent très largement le salon et les chambres...Tout cet environnement est très agréable ; il est doté des équipements ménagers indispensables, on peut y faire la cuisine (il y a des commerces alimentaires intéressants à proximité) et l'équipement sanitaire est parfait ; la coexistence d'une la salle à manger et d'un salon pourvu d'une grande table permet de disposer d'un espace permanent de travail ou de jeux. Il est situé dans un quartier très calme bien qu'à immédiate proximité de San Marco et des stations de vaporetti. Excellent accueil sur place organisé par le propriétaire.

Location, Location, Location!
This apartment is within a 5 minute walk to San Marco Square and the Arsenale water bus stop, but in a quiet neighborhood. A grocery store close by, several restaurants closer than that. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. Two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower stall (although the stall itself is small and not for people of girth). Be aware you must carry your luggage up a flight of stairs, so if you are mobility challenged this may not be the right place for you. Given those two comments, If you are lucky enough to find this home available, grab it!

Beautiful place, great location
Our stay in Venice was perfect, having a place to come home to after a long day of touring was so relaxing. We had everything we needed to make breakfast and light dinners while spending our days seeing the sites. You can’t go wrong with this rental, the location gave access to water buses and walking to St. Marks was always a pleasure along the waterfront. Lots of restaurants close by as well. Highly recommend it.
