Osterurlaub
Wir haben als Familie mit drei Kindern und zwei Hunden die Zeit und vor allem die italienische Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen! Es war ruhig, Venedig mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen und Michaela unglaublich hunde- und gastfreundlich!

Most welcoming host in a great location
We could have not asked for a more welcoming host! She met us at the house when we arrived, showed us how to work everything, gave us directions on how to get wherever we were planning to go and even offered to take me to the grocery store. Later she dropped off an AMAZING cherry strudel that she made for our kids for breakfast as well as their favorite lollipops! We are used to feeling like our kids aren’t welcome at some places we stay, but Michela made them feel SO welcome! The location was a quick walk to the tram into Venice and also to the number 19 bus that took you to the same place as the tram (we found the bus to be quicker but ended up taking both). The house was very clean and welcoming and Michela was always very responsive and SO eager to help in any way needed. The bed in the Master bedroom was also very very comfortable and we slept great!

Perfect Getaway
My daughter and I stayed for a week. We loved it. Easy walking distance to transportation. The house was quiet and peaceful. We felt safe the whole time. The host is the absolute best.. She is an amazing human and is there to answer any questions. We loved it and would stay again.

Home away from home
Owner was the absolute best I’ve ever worked with! So thoughtful and caring. Told us the best places to go, restaurants, shops, etc. The home was so beautiful and comfortable! Can’t say enough nice things about this home and owner. I hope we get the opportunity to come back and enjoy paradise again!

Alles prima
Wir haben drei wunderbare Tage in Venedig verbracht. Michela hat uns persönlich empfangen, sie ist sehr freundlich und gab uns viele gute Tipps. Ihr Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Sackgasse. Mit der Bahn konnten wir bequem täglich in die Innenstadt fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastisches Objekt für Traumurlaub
Das Haus ist in einem Ruhigen Stadtteil Mestre. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut wer sich Selbstversorgern möchte. Michaela ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sie hat uns alles in Augenblick erklärt, und alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, und bietet Platz für ca. 4 -5 Personen. Der Küche kann man nur ein Mangelende Toaster vorwerfen, sonst ist alles da. Espresso Kaffee bekommt man aus dem Espresso Kocher, und Wasser Kocher gibt es auch. Mir persönlich fehlte ein bequemes Wohnzimmer, und die Stühle in der Küche waren nicht so sehr bequem, dafür könnte man milde Abende draußen auf der Sicht geschützte Terrasse wunderbar genießen.

Uitstekende locatie voor bezoek aan Venetië en de Veneto
Het huis is uitstekend, volledig en vooral smaakvol ingericht, alsof je in een Venetiaans palazzo zit. Alles is aanwezig, met uitstekende bedden. Hoewel het huis in een woonwijk ligt, is het erg rustig. Mede omdat het huis vrijstaand is. De verbinding met Venetië is prima: de bushalte is op 2 minuten en de bus brengt je in 20 minuten (met zitplaats) naar Venetië. Michela ontvangt je bijzonder vriendelijk en geeft je alle informatie die je nodig hebt. In het huis is zeer uitgebreide informatie aanwezig (in 3 talen!).

Urlaub im Haus Tina
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Michela empfangen, sogar mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten für jeden von uns. Das Haus war für uns zu dritt plus Hund als Urlaubsdomizil sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Nach einer Woche wurden die Betten frisch bezogen und Handtücher gewechselt. Das gibt es selten. Auch Toilettenpapier wurde aufgefüllt. Das Zentrum von Venedig ist gut mit der Tram erreichbar und auch zum Strand von Jesolo sind wir mehrmals gefahren. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen :-)

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus
Die Übergabe des Hauses durch die Vermieterin hat sehr toll geklappt. Sie war zur Ankunft bereits vor Ort und hat auf uns gewartet. Das Haus war wie im Inserat beschrieben und sehr ruhig gelegen sehr sauber und sehr schön. Das Haus ist mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet. Sie hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt und hat uns in die Verkehrs-/ und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten eingewiesen und hat uns viele nützliche Tips für unsere Trips nach Venedig mit auf den Weg gegeben. Rund um ein Sehr schöner Urlaub. Danke dafür!!!!

Amazing property with easy access to Venice

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist praktisch und genau wie beschrieben eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und bei allen Fragen und Problemen behilflich. Die Altstadt ist mit der Tram einfach und in ca. 35 Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Siamo stati ospiti un wknd lungo per visitare la Biennale con tutta la famiglia. La padrona di casa è stata super gentile: siamo arrivati dopo cena ed è riuscita a organizzare un self check-in a ci ha fatto trovare tutto per la colazione. Casa molto spaziosa con giardino, a 10 min di macchina dal primo parcheggio di Venezia Tronchetto. Consigliamo la gita in ferry boat al Lido. Se avete dubbi sul programma in casa trovate tre libretti pieni di notizie e curiosità su Venezia preparati ad hoc dalla proprietaria. Super consigliato e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! ci torneremo sicuramente :)

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt schon 2019 gebucht und konnten coronabedingt die 14-tägige Reise nun erst jetzt, im Juli 2021, antreten. Während der ganzen Zeit war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin super, ja geradezu herzlich. Die Gastgeberin Christina-Michela und ihre Schwester Emanuela haben uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tips und Infos versorgt. Bei Problemen waren sie sofort hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und Christina hat sogar nach einer Woche gereinigt und alle (reichlich vorhandenen) Handtücher ausgewechselt. Desinfizierende Seife u.ä. stand im Haus zur Verfügung. Sogar Spray gegen die lästigen Mücken stand bereit. Besonders schön für uns war der Ausflug mit Christina in ihrem kleinen Motorboot. Wir haben mit ihr einen wunderbaren Tag fernab vom „Touristenvenedig“ erlebt. Dankeschön Christina! Venedig ist vom Ferienhaus unkompliziert und preisgünstig mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Chrisina und Emanuela, wir danken euch für die schöne Zeit! Gabi und Uwe

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Michela war eine tolle & absolut hilfsbereite Gastgeberin - die Kommunikation war super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus selbst. Die Villa ist durch den venezianischen Stil mal etwas anderes - sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bei der Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt, sogar ein Espressokocher und Kaffee war vorhanden. Mückenspray für die Abende draußen auf der Terrasse nicht vergessen ;) Sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfekt für Urlaub in Venedig
Check in verlief perfekt. Die Vermieterin überraschte uns mit herrlich frischem Obst und einer Flasche Pro Secco. Das Haus war sauber und geräumig. Es liegt perfekt, um Venedig zu besuchen. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, was nach dem Trubel in Venedig gut tut. Eine herrliche Woche haben wir dort verbracht. Ein recht herzliches Dankeschön an die freundliche Vermieterin Michela.

Vacanza meravigliosa
Siamo stati benissimo, grazie alla Cristina, proprietaria della casa!! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto necessario per la collazione del giorno dopo, visto che siamo arrivati domenica pomeriggio e i supermercati erano chiusi! In oltre bottiglia di prosecco e frutta di benvenuto. Molto disponibile e accogliente la casa. Ha fatto di più di quello che potevano immaginare! Casa arredata con molta cura, buon gusto, è stata pensata in ogni piccolo dettaglio! Giardino perfettamente recintato e noi potevamo lasciare Il nostro cane nella proprietà durante le nostre visite a Venezia. La sua compagnia è stata talmente piacevole che siamo usciti a mangiare una pizza assieme! Che dire ancora.... la nostra prossima visita a Venezia saremo sicuramente ancora da lei!!! Мы провели чудесный отпуск в Венеции! Во многом погрузиться в атмосферу нам помог дом, в котором мы жили, весь интерьер выполнен в Венецианском стиле, с очень красивой мебелью (пузатые комоды меня поразили, это любовь с первого взгляда) и великолепно продуманными деталями. Каждый маленький предмет был очень красивый и с историей. Сам дом удобно расположен в очень спокойном районе, вблизи мест, где можно вкусно покушать местную кухню, благодаря хозяйке этого красивого домика мы сразу узнали куда лучше сходить, где вкусное мороженое, она очень старалась нам помочь и ни разу не обманула 👍. Она предусмотрела и приготовила всё, что могло нам понадобиться, очень красивая посуда, нас ждали свежие фрукты, доме есть всё необходимое, чтобы готовить, книги об искусстве, зеркала в больших резных рамах, люстры из мурановского стекла! Идеально и прекрасно! Большое спасибо хозяйке дома, она всегда готова прийти на помощь, встретила и проводила как близких друзей! Очень приятные впечатления и хочется вернуться снова!

True Italian hospitality!
Great location. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds!! Michela went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Had the essentials waiting for us (milk, bread, butter, etc) and even made a special trip to bring us eggs, bread, jam, etc for breakfast. Had all the maps and public transportation ready to make our trip to Venice a breeze. Thank you for everything!!

we LOVED this place and will come back!!!. Don't hesitate, and stay There!
When we arrived at the house, Michaela greeted us warmly and with a big smile. We arrived at a charming house with a charming little yard. The house is specially designed, pleasant and beautiful. The antique furniture is charming and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was plenty of room for all our stuff and to stay comfortably. Michaela spent her time explaining to us how to acclimatize at home and the area. She took us in her car to a large supermarket where we did our shopping. The house is located in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. "La casa di Tina" is located in a private closed street, in a quiet residential area and closed to tram-line to Venice, Pharmacy, supermarket, (others shops. we LOVED this place and will come back!!!. Don't hesitate, and stay There!

Traumhafte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage!
Wir haben eine Woche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns durchweg wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Vermieterinnen waren zu jeder Zeit sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Auch vor der Reise hat der Kontakt immer zuverlässig und schnell funktioniert! Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist gut zu erreichen. Sie war sehr gepflegt, sauber und hatte in jedem Raum durch die Dekorationen seinen gewissen venezianischen Charme. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche und bietet ohne Probleme 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kind Platz. Auch für Kinder ist sie gut geeignet da es einen kleinen Garten mit Spielsachen und einem Spielhaus gibt. Alles in allem war es eine tolle Woche und wir werden mit Sicherheit noch einmal dort vorbeikommen!

Picture perfect cottage.
Cristina is an awesome host. She made us feel like family on a visit. The cottage has every thing you need and is located in a quite neighborhood near a tram stop. Shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences are within walking distance.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Hostess was very helpful and considerate.
We were able to enjoy the peace and quiet of a house located in a little town. Just 20 minute bus ride to downtown Venzia. And only 8 minutes to the airport. The hostess was so nice and welcoming to us. Of the 3 weeks in Europe travelling around this was definitely our favourite place.

Great place away from all the crowds
Great accommodations in a very quiet neighborhood. 5 min walk to the tram or bus stop with the last stop being Venezia! We loved the decor and "Tina" was the perfect host, thinking of everything. We loved the books she created with the history of Venice, giving us the feeling of our own personal tour guide! If you don't want to stay on the island with all the crowds, La casa di Tina is the place to stay!!

maison bien située près de Venise
Les propriétaires (ils habitent à 300 mètres) sont très accueillants et vous donnent des conseils pour visiter la région et trouver des restos sympas ! La maison est fonctionnelle et possède un jardin clos tout autour (pratique si vous avez un chien). Elle se situe dans une petite impasse, vous pouvez garer la voiture juste devant la maison. Maison bien située car vous pouvez vous rendre à Venise en 20 minutes ou prendre le tram ou le bus. Padoue et Trévise ne sont pas très loin également. A l'intérieur de la maison, vous avez savon, produits douche, vaisselle et tout ustensiles nécessaires pour la cuisine; serviettes de bain et draps. Seul petit "soucis", la literie est un peu vieillissante.

If I could give 10 stars I would!
Casa De Tina was everything & more that we had hoped. We stayed the day & night before catching a cruise out of Venice. The beautiful authentic antique Italian furnishings provide a peek into the culture one is yet to experience. The large bathroom is clean, as was the whole Villa. There is a sweet patio to sit & drink Prosecco Spritzers which was kindly provided to us weary travelers from Alaska & Colorado by the owner. Michela provided information on the public transportation available which was easy to access. I know she went above & beyond for us & I can't wait to stay again when our cruise is over! Thank you Michela & Emanuela

Exçellent,just the right size for 2 couples.
We enjoyed it very much The host Christina and Roberta were the best.The house is small but very workable.Kitchen with fridge and stove,and 2 bedrooms,No living room ,but A nice patio outside to enjoy a glass of vino,or if u prefer a cafe.A 5 minute walk to the tram and A 20 minute ride to Venice PERFECT.Agreat Italian Restaurant just 15 minute walk from House great food and wine and prices UNREAL.Example Veal scalopini limon$8.00,Big pizza $5.20 Spaggetti Carbonara $8.50 Wine $1.50 A glass and so on and so on It was called pietranos I think.All in All great place to rent .
