Excelente atención, Matheo fue muy amable al recibirnos, nos hizo sentir cómodos y seguros. Apartamento amplio, con cocina, baños amplios. Excelente ubicación y muy cerca de la parada del vaporeto. Súper cerca de la plaza de San Marcos. Tiendas, farmacia, supermercado y restaurantes cerca. Muy bien precio

Para repetir
El apartamento era tal y como aparece en su web, bien situado, cómodo y limpio. En nuestro caso teníamos contratado el desayuno y fue estupendo, solo una sugerencia, podrían añadir algo de fruta y embutido, aunque ya es un buen desayuno, además recién hecho.

Habitaciones muy confortables y limpias
Venecia es la capital mundial de los laberintos. Si vas por primera vez, te cuesta mucho trabajo llegar, pues nadie de los habitantes conoce el lugar. Ya una vez instalado, tendrás un lugar amplio y cómodo

SItuado a 10 min de San Marcos y de Rialto. EL vaporetto a menos de 5 minutos y en linea casi recta. Desayuno correcto, solo cambiaria que el zumo fuese de naranja. Nos toco el aprtamento nº2, comodo para 4 personas, camas comodas, calefaccion. Un poco escasa la limpieza, habia pelusas por todo el suelo del apartamento.

Excelente departamento. Muy amplio, limpio y actual. A 120 metros de la parada del vaporeto y en una zona muy linda. Caminando 7/8 cuadras se llega a la plaza San Marco

Calidad precio buena
Lo malo que puedo decir es que cuando llegamos a Venecia y llame por teléfono no me lo cogían, estuve 2 h intentando localizarlos y no había nadie para atender el teléfono, eso muy mal. Me habian dado un teléfono que no había personal, después de 2 h me llamaron. Pero pasamos momento de angustia, también muy mal a la entrega de la llave nos cobraron 30 € y eso a la hora de la reserva no lo decían, lo demás todo perfecto.

Ca Mariele es perfecto para visitar Venecia. Muy cerca de San Marco y el puente de la Academia. Muy amplio, limpio y bien amueblado. Tiene wifi. Os lo recomiendo

Hotel pequeno apenas de 5 habitaciones lo cual lo hace intimo. Excelente habitacion apartamento con camas muy comodas, muy espacioso y todo bien limpio y agradable. Esta muy cerca de la estacion del vaporeto y en una calle muy tranquila. La habitacion tiene aire acondicionado y una bonita decoracion. Muy recomendable

We had a 2 bed, 2 floor apartment, for our family of 4. 2 bathrooms and well maintained property. 3 mins walk from our water taxi drop off and prefect location for walkable sight seeing. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful, charming apartment. It’s perfectly located in the center of the city. There are stairs to climb to reach your room. The check in process was easy. The host was very kind and helpful. They had a place to store luggage if you get there before check in. Fortunately, our room was ready when we arrived and therefore we were able to check in early. They communicated very well with questions I had ahead of time via email. The location was easy to find. It was a short walk from our stop from the orange line of the water taxi Alilunga. We loved our multiple night stay here and would highly recommend this property.

So easy. The location is great. The apartment was large and comfortable. They held our bags after check-out so we could continue to explore without luggage. Everything you need to enjoy the city with ease.

Spacious room and good location - but, our toilet was broken, not fixed even after reporting , and mosquitoes were present in the apartment. Note that there's no lift so you are out of luck if you are on top floor.

Hello we stayed at Ca Mariele , appartment #1 for two nights From Oct 8 to Oct 10, we were a family of 4 , 2 adults, 2 kids , flew from US to Venice On arrival we requested for a different apartment as when checked in , we found mold smell in it and my children started coughing Afterwards my wife called 3 times for these complaints through out first day with no one picked or returned call Our discomfort was due to ; 1 mold smell in big room , 2, spider webs in both rooms 3 stained, unwashed comforters When we finally spoke to a lady on 9 th october in evening, the lady on phone kept arguing rather than helping We are quite disappointed with the stay and request to at least refund one day stay We emailed the photos to the owner However the owner’s attitude was quite non professional, rather than acknowledging they blamed us for leaving the application dirty ( we paid for hefty cleaning fees ) It looks the minute we demanded to return half the rent , they got annoyed and started Attacking rather than apologizing for poor service and non professional attitude We want to make sure other people get what’s shown in the ad on Expedia I have all the photos to submit to expedia

Väldigt bra läge! Sköna sängar. Saknade en info innan om hur man tar sig dit t ex via båtbuss med hållplats etc. Minimalt kök och utrustning. Låg på andra våningen men 5 rejäla trappor upp till lägenheten.

Located in a quiet area away from the tourist hot spots but still close enough to everything. The place was spacious for a family of 4 and having a 2nd bathroom was a huge bonus. We will stay here again.

Great location and easy to get around. As well as several restaurants and cafes near by but not in a touristy area. The only thing I have to complain about was it wasn’t as clean as I would of liked. Needed dusting, mold in the shower, and the walls had a lot of scuff marks and dirt on them. Linens and towels were very clean.

This was amazing value for the money. The apt style provided a lot more space than a average hotel room, Staff were extremely friendly and informative. It was very central and walking distance to a lot of amazing site seeing areas. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for 2 nights. Extremely loved it. Super clean and right near the closest attractions. It was hard to find because Venice streets are particular but overall loved it. The owners were super friendly and it was simple to get in. Everything was perfect! Grazie molto!

My friends and I stayed here last fall and absolutely loved it. The front desk person Matteo was so kind and accommodating; he gladly waited for our late arrival (which we messaged about prior) and made sure we were all okay and recommended a lot of restaurants in the area. The room itself was gorgeous and spacious, the location was convenient to all of the popular sights and a variety of stores. It has no lift/elevator because Venice buildings are old, but thankfully we were fine without it. Getting used to Italian showers is a weird experience as they don’t come with full shower doors or curtains, but the bathrooms were clean and stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

This property has a great location and was very spacious for our family of 4. We did have a sink that clogged the first time we used it and we called right away. We were there for 2 nights and it was never fixed That was the main downside. We were unable to use that sink our entire stay

Great base to explore Venice
Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The location is phenomenal - easy walk to most of central Venice's sights and the vaporetto stops. We found an amazing cafe in the square nearby where we had breakfast. We had a lofted room, so the children had their own bedroom. It was remarkably spacious for a European city.

Mixed opinion. The location is awesome - an easy few minutes' walk from the S. Angelo station on the Canal. Less than 15 mins to St. Mark's Square, and a coffee cage two doors down. But the unit has issues: the floors are slanted throughout, meaning we had to switch pillows to opposite end of downstairs bed. Downstairs shower is dysfunctional with a handheld sprayer and a narrow glass quarter-door so water gets everywhere. And a kitchen pantry-thing with no dish soap or paper towels or towels. For the price and location, it was great for us, we just didn't sleep well at all.

We only had one in Venice and stayed at the the beautiful Ca Mariele aprtments in Venice. Lovely decor, very clean and great location. Self check-in and very clear instructions on transportation options from the Airport made this a very enjoyable stay.

There was urine smell inside the room and bedding. The shower is unusual with no curtains or doors so be very careful with water splashing everywhere. It is in a convenient location to nearby shopping area. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the train station. When we arrived, the water bus workers were on strike so we couldn’t take water bus to our hotel. Fortunately we didn’t pack too much since there were many bridges with steps to cross. We were there end of May 2023.
