Excellent point de chute à Venise

À une bonne demi-heure de l’aéroport en bateau et marche à pieds la situation de l’appartement est idéale pour un séjour à Venise. L’appartement est très agréable, deux salles de bain avec toilettes, chambre, séjours, salon, cuisine spacieux et bien équipés. Pas de lave linge mais laverie à 5 minutes à pieds très pratique. Petite supérette à 5 minutes à pieds. Tous les renseignements pratiques bien expliqués à l’accueil. L’appartement est situé au fond d’une petite rue face a un jardin, tout tranquille.Séjour d’une semaine parfaitNous pensons y revenir une prochaine fois

This is a great apartment

Overall this is a great apartment. The location is perfect. Close to everything but very quiet. There are thoughtful touches throughout the property. However, there are a few big inaccuracies in the property description. The bed is an American queen not a king. There is a bath tub, but no hot tub. There is no laundry on sight. Really enjoyed the apartment. Just great.

Ideal location

We had an amazing time in the beautifully decorated and extremely well-located flat. We stayed 8 nights, time enough to discover the parts of Venice that 2 or 3-day travellers miss.The flat is located just off Campo Santa Maria Formosa in a very calm and resting alley.It is ideal to walk anywhere in the city and offers all the equipment one needs. The bed was very comfortable and the sitting room very pleasant.The communication was great at all times and recommendations for local restaurants greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Hidden gem

Nice size apartment with two bathrooms, sitting room, kitchen, and bedroom (with a bathroom). Nice lighting in the kitchen and sitting room with big windows overlooking a green courtyard. Very private location and walking distance to all the sites in Venice. Off a great bustling square, but down an alleyway where it is quiet and private. Restaurants everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a deep cleaning. Other than that, it is a great place.

Little Piece of Venetian Heaven

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a nice quiet location away from the main tourist spots, but not too far to walk to them. Loved this place....it was a little piece of heaven for us!

Comfortable apartment and location

We loved staying at this apartment in Venice. It was our first Venice visit and it was amazing. Our host Sara was excellent! There was a one day Vaporetto strike on the day we arrived and Sara took the initiative to communicate right away with alternative transport options. She booked us a private water taxi which was waiting when we arrived. Thank you Sara! The only small issue was when we requested an extra sheet for the second bed and was told we’d have to pay exta. I thought that kind of request should be included in the rental cost.

Best location

I was there to go to biennial and truly the best location you can have. Sarah was very prompt although we had a little miscommunication at the end, everything was perfect. Only thing that I was confused was that on the website there was a white couch but it was not a white couch. Also it was much more dated than what it looked like in the photos. I would prefer a better comforter that a sheet and at blanket .

A Perfect Place In Venice

Great location if you want a peaceful oasis away from the maddening crowd. I’ve been to Venice six times and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The host was impeccable. The apartment was charming with two bathrooms with a charming view of the garden next door. Highly recommended.

Perfect location

This was a very quiet area with few tourists, and within walking distance of the places we wanted to go. The apartment is lovely and spacious, clean and well supplied. Sara communicated with me using WhatsApp, which was very convenient. She told me how to find a laundromat and a nail salon in addition to suggesting her favorite restaurants. We had a wonderful time in Venice.

BIEN SITUÉ ET TRANQUILLE

Appart bien situé à Venise, a moins de 10 minutes à pied de la place San Marco, des vaporettos. Epicerie pas loin. Le seul bémol: Nous étions 4 adultes retraités. La chambre était très bien pour l'autre couple mais le sofa-lit n'est pas confortable du tout et la pièce n'a pas de porte mais seulement un rideau. A part ça, nous avons bien apprécié.

Just what we needed!

The room was perfect and in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood, which is such a plus after being in areas where the cruise ships drop off!! But it was still in walking distance to Everything!! Venice is amazing!! Salvatore was punctual and personable and very helpful with whatever information we needed! And even a Video of how to Get to the apartment was included which was a tremendous help! All in all...with the room and Salvatore and the location, it helped make our trip perfect...Thank You!! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement est conforme aux photos et à la description, très agréable à vivre et très bien situé à deux pas de la place St Marc et du Rialto. Accueil très sympathique de Salvatore qui a su se rendre très disponible. Il est également très facile de faire quelques courses : supérette et boulangerie sont à proximité.
