Relaxing Vacation

3 Palms Inn was a wonderful place to visit. Very clean, plenty of space, beautiful pool. The beaches were very nice and not very crowded. Restaurants were great! Highly recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful Stay at 3 Palms Inn

The property is clean, modern and well designed. This is a very user-friendly home. It’s everything as in the pictures and description. The outdoor area is also well designed and very comfortable. The location is convenient to everything! We enjoyed our stay and if we have the opportunity we would be happy to return.

Wonderful home

We had such a lovely stay at 3 Palms Inn!! My daughter and I arrived late one evening after a long travel day and were so happy and relieved to come “home” to an adorable, comfortable, very clean and tidy house. Everything was spotless and you can tell how much care Iwona and Paul put unto this home. We hope to be back next year when it’s warmer and we can enjoy the lovely pool! The garage opener and the coffee maker w coffee provided made our early morning wake-ups easier. Location was great and Iwona and Paul were readily available via phone or text. Highly recommend!!

The house is well stocked. The pool.is a perfect size. The grill came in very handy . We were very cloae to all three beaches . Not to mention great food everywhere. Owners are easy to communicate with our stay was wonderful. The Guynn Kessel family

Just as it was pictured

I picked this home because it really fit all of what I was looking for, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a heated pool, which is a must. From the pictures it looked clean and decorated nicely. Because I planned on biking, I was also looking for something close to Shamrock Park which got you on the Venetian way trail which also connects to the Legacy Trail. Also not a bad ride to downtown historic Venice. I only complaint was we felt the the furniture was uncomfortable. We took pillows from the beds to make it more comfortable.

Great Place-cleanest rental we have ever had.

We stayed for 35 days. The house was spotless when we arrived. Check in was extremely easy. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. All of the appliances were relatively new and worked great. The pool was perfect although we wish the weather had been warmer during our stay. The one issue we had was addressed by the owner is a very timely fashion.

Beautiful South Venice Home

The owners attention to detail made it very welcoming. Home is newly remodeled and exceptionally well equipped with small appliances along with an ample supply of dishes, cookware and cutlery. Plenty of linens, towels, and beach & pool accessories. Heated salt water pool is luxurious. Property has a new grill and a clean 2 car garage. Owners were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We are looking forward to returning next year!

A great Xmas rental

Lovely Beach Home

What a Delightful Home we stayed at; close to all the attractions and beaches. The home was perfectly appointed, super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was so refreshing after our beach day and the outdoor shower made it easy to rinse off and clean all our beach gear. We love the simplicity of the ranch home and the huge garage to park our rental car and just walk into the house. The beds were comfortable enough. I would definitely come back to this lovely house and enjoy more time in Venice..

Perfect Beach Getaway

I honestly cannot rave enough about this property! I rent properties at least four times a year through VRBO, and have for years. This home was honestly the most well appointed home I have stayed in. There is nothing more that you could possibly want or need to be more accommodating. The cleanliness of the entire property was amazing…which is a huge deal for me. You are also in such close proximity to so many beaches and the host provides absolutely everything that you would need to enjoy a day at the beach! The host was very friendly and super easy to communicate with. If you’re considering this area for vacation, this is the property you want to be staying at!

Best VRBO rental!

Clean, bright, welcome snacks and beverages, communicative owners, accurate descriptions are just a few of the items that made this a 5-star experience. Ok, so I am not going to prepare Thanksgiving dinner there but in all of my years of renting vacation homes, this was clearly the best equipped kitchen with all of the essential gear and small appliances, even sharp knives. The pool allowed you to extend your beach day or make your cocktail of choice taste better after a day of sightseeing.The 2BR,2BA layout makes it comfortable for 2 couples or a small family. Many different beaches within a short drive. Highly recommend!

Amazing home away from home in Venice!

Everything about our stay was amazing, Iwona was communicating with us before we arrived to ensure we were comfortable with check in and it was all super easy. The house is inviting, CLEAN, updated and has everything you could possibly need. The heated pool was a hit with our kids, beds were comfortable, we really were so impressed. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making their home a wonderful place people will enjoy staying in. Venice itself is great, so much to offer near the house and the beach is a short drive. Nice quiet neighborhood, which we really appreciated because I’m one of those annoying sleepers who needs quiet and I slept great here. We will definitely be back and definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area! Thank you to Iwona and Paul for sharing and making this possible!

Home away from Home

Wonderful property, close to everything you could ever need. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The house is equipped with all the amenities. Beach towels and chairs for the beach, along with a grill by the pool. A lovely house along with very courteous and caring owners. Their communication was outstanding. Thanks again to Iwona and Paul for a wonderful vacation. We hope to return to in the future.

The property was just as described. Very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Iwona and Paul were very responsive if we needed anything. There also was a book not only with house information but with area attractions that was very useful. The pool is awesome. Walk out the patio door and the pool is there! We really enjoyed our stay! Fun Trip to Venice Florida

Made the trip to South Venice to go have some relaxation at the various beaches. Very nice house and stocked very well with just about everything you need for your stay. Communication process was great and check in process was great! Very centrally located and easy to get around. Recommend shark tooth hunting at the local beaches and shopping in the Venice downtown area. Take a walk toward the beach to see the large banyan tree. My wife enjoyed morning yoga on the beach. Take advantage of the nature in Shamrock park which is only a couple miles away. If you go early morning or evening you may see the large gopher tortoise that live there. I ended up leaving a fishing pole there for the next visitors. I broke the handle of the reel during a rather nasty fall saving the pole from being drug into the water by a fish. The next handyman guest can fix it and take it for free fishing at Sharkys pier. I can't forget to mention the pool - very relaxing and was definitely a plus. We really enjoyed our time relaxing at the pool. Also took a drive to Siesta Key beach whish also was great! Overall the experience there was excellent! Thanks for letting us stay at your home!

Great Property, Perfect Location, Fabulous Host

The accommodations were exactly as listed. Very clean and was stocked with everything needed. A great welcome book was thoughtfully put together to help us plan our stay. Iwona and Pawel were very quick to answer any questions we had. The property is close to many beaches which we took full advantage of. We would definitely recommend staying here. Amazing!!

All I can say is that this house is perfection and I can’t wait to return! You feel right at home! Iwona was awesome and on point with any information from start to finish! Read the binder provided at the house; she couldn’t be more thorough from restaurants to sightseeing and even the local farmer’s market, we enjoyed it all! Can’t wait to book with you guys again!!
