"I agree with most of the reviews. This is a great location with easy access to the beach and pedestrian/bike path as well as lots of other nearby amenities. The pictures are accurate, but more glossy than reality, which is fine. The pictures from other guests were helpful. While you can technically see the beach from the windows, it is at a perpendicular angle through the parking lot. There is no patio/veranda, not that it matters - just steps leading into the apt. from the alley. The door...
