"We are family of seven from Canada, stayed one night at the Boat House. The bedroom is spacious enough for two adults and two kids to sleep with small luggage. The food is good. (Limited option or very standard boathouse meal). You can buy prawn , crab during the cruise in the close by shops and the chef will cook that for free. "We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. "

"Kerela houseboats is the middle agency for blue house boats. NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl. Double bed not enough for 4 ppl, after insisting got the extra bed, not recommended for the money spent."
