Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen bei Halbpension war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

OREA Resort Sklář Harrachov
Vi havde en fantastisk ferie med gode omgivelser og dejlig varieret mad. Der var meget lydt mellem etagerne. Vi brugte ikke wellness området. Meget børnevenligt med underholdning for dem.

Platinum Adults
We were happy with our stay, the only Thing I didnt realize when booking Platinum Adults that our building will be detached and both for wellness and breakfast we would need to put our shoes on and go to a different building. Breakfast was good, good variety of food.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was notwendig ist. Einziges Manko sind die Lattenroste im Schlafzimmer. Jede Bewegung war so geräuschvoll, dass ein ruhiger Schlaf fast unmöglich war.Abgesehen davon haben wir uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. ...

Cristal Resort
We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water.
