Come and spend a comfortable stay in this pretty house located 20 minutes from Paris and 10 minutes from Versailles. Nestled in a peaceful and green setting, it invites you to explore nature thanks to the forest and ponds located just across the street. The house is arranged as follows:

on the ground floor :
★ 1 fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator)
★ 1 very bright living room with a comfortable sofa and a large TV as well as a table for 6 people
★ 1 toilet

on the 1st floor:
★ 1 bedroom with a sofa bed and storage
★ 1 bathroom with bathtub or shower
★ 1 bedroom with a large double bed and huge bay window and a balcony

on the second floor:
★ 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet
★ 1 bedroom with two single beds, an office area and storage space
★ 1 bedroom with a double bed, storage space and an office space

★ To finish a garden where children can enjoy the sunny days

You have access to the entire house

We are available to chat with you before and during your stay.

The house is located in a very quiet area where you can relax away from the noise. The forest right next door allows you to enjoy a beautiful walk.

As for public transport, the Chaville Vélizy station is 15 minutes away by taking the ChavilBus which is a 5-minute walk away. The main roads are also easily accessible for travel by car.

We require a deposit of 500 euros through the STRIPE platform for travelers who have less than 3 reviews on AirBnB or with a rating lower than 4.5.
We ask you to respect the neighborhood by being polite and courteous.

We ask you not to make noise between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.
We give ourselves the right to intervene in the accommodation in the event of an emergency even if you are not there. We will inform you of our visit.
