The holiday cottage, part of a 1.5-hectare park along with the owners' house and another rental, offers a serene escape. This independent cottage boasts its own outdoor spaces and entryway, sharing a heated pool with the owners and guests of the second rental.



The cottage features an open kitchen with modern amenities, a spacious dining area, and a comfortable sitting space. Three double bedrooms and a children's room with bunk beds accommodate guests, while the bathrooms and a laundry room provide added convenience.



Outdoor amenities include an entrance gate, private parking, and a terrace with outdoor furniture and parasols. The enclosed 3000 m² garden offers tranquil spaces. The shared heated pool, sized 12m x 6m, features an infinity design and a breathtaking countryside view, along with a paved terrace equipped with deckchairs. Guests share pool access with the owners and those staying in the second rental.



The cottage is in the heart of a large park, in the countryside of a village. A train station nearby is serving Paris in 3 hours, and you are at only 30 minutes from Bergerac airport. You will find a small supermarket 200 m away. More shops in Montcaret (5 km), or in Pineuilh (13 km).
