Welcome to Apartment Baviera Golf in Caleta de Vélez – your comfortable holiday home on the Costa del Sol, just 45 km east of Málaga. The apartment is on the first floor of a well-kept building with an elevator that takes you directly from your private parking space to your door.



From the partly covered balcony, you can enjoy wonderful views over the green gardens to the sea and Torre del Mar. The bright hallway leads into the inviting living room with a cozy seating area, smart TV, and a stylish dining area for four. From here, you can access the balcony again – perfect for breakfast or relaxing evenings.



Both bedrooms have double beds, air conditioning, and ample storage space; one also has direct access to the balcony. Two modern bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, one with a shower tub – provide comfort and privacy.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and plenty of cookware and tableware. Washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment are in a separate utility room.



The west-facing balcony invites you to relax with two sun loungers – perfect for sunny mornings and spectacular sunsets. The attractive outdoor area features a spacious pool (seasonal – please check with the owner) with palm trees, a bridge, and shaded spots.
