Not worth it. First off there is a hidden fee for electricity which is probably the most annoying of all the problems with the apartment. The dryer vents directly into the living space which is a fire hazard in addition to heating up the apartment that you are then charged to cool off. Silly. The place has dirt marks all over the walls and on the light switches. Most of the cabinets are broken or missing knobs. Sofas had stains on them, screen doors had holes and large rips in them, front door has a large gap underneath it. We encountered at least 2 scorpions in the bathroom as a result. Outdoor lounge chair cushions looked about 10 years old and were ripped and had holes. Living room ceiling fan was so loud you couldn't have a conversation. Internet is not fast as advertised and the television didn't work. Way overpriced!!
