"Die Anzeige hat den Eindruck gegeben, es würde sich hier handeln um ein kleines Appartement. Nachdem alles gebucht und bezahlt war, wurde est mal klar, dass es sich nur um ein Zimmer handelte. Plötzlich lautete die Info auch, dass es Treppen gab. Auf unsere Frage zu tauschen mit einem Erdgeschosszimmer, wurde gesagt, dass alle Zimmer auf EG waren und es beim Eingang nur eine kleine Treppe mit 4 Stufen gab. Das waren aber 19 Stufen und die waten für unsere alte Hündin schwierig zu meistern und...

"The place had just about everything you could ask for in a great central downtown location. Most everything was within short walking distance. Checking in is a breeze once you figure out that you have to hit the arrow key after the numbers and listen for the lock to disengage.
