"Best location wise. However kitchen, bathrooms and foyer are open air which wasn’t really mentioned in the description at the time. A bit humid, rooms and bathroom were able to get really cold with fans and individual ac system. Property manager was quick to respond, even answering my texts after midnight. Considering price and location, this is a good stay."

"This property was perfect for our family vacation. The property is in a great location, only minutes away from Beaches, restaurants, supermarket, casino. Only 30 mins away from San Juan. "My husband, my grown children, and I had an amazing time! The house was wonderful, and we enjoyed laying in the hammocks and watching the sunsets! Christy was incredibly helpful with information on the area and was prompt to respond before and during the trip. She even helped me get a birthday cake delivered for my son! "This property was excellent, except for the host constantly telling us what to do. I do not recommend staying on a property with the host right next door. It felt micromanaged because she would turn certain things off at night when we were still awake. After I said something to her the the last 2 nights the cable would go out at night. If u like to be babysat then you should book here. But if ur grown this is not for you."

"I loved the location of the property. We walked through la puerta de San Juan every night to el paseo de la princesa. The Limber next to the Rogativa statue is very refreshing and only $1 the lady sells it from the window of her house. The rooms stay very cold and bed and pillows are very comfortable. We ate out most of the time but we were spoiled with the panini grill. Every morning we made sandwiches with cheese and ham and of course pan sobao that we got from the grocery store at the plaza...

"Location was great. We were leaving on a cruise and arrived a couple of days early. We were able to walk Old San Juan from the apartment. The apartment had plenty of room for 9 of us. Javier was great. We were able to drop off luggage before check-in and kept luggage at the house for a couple of hours after check out. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We rented this place to be a central hub for a work trip. We need a large space to congregate, work and eat while in town to shoot some corporate videos. The place is amazing and the communications were excellent. Highly recommend."

"Blue Nest is a great house at on a awesome beach in Arecibo. We had everything that we needed and was in walking distance to bakery/convenience store that we became regulars at during our stay. The best part if staying here is that you are a very short distance from El Pozo del Obispo which the kids loved and is a great place for pictures. I highly recommend Blue Nest to any family and look forward to booking another family trip here soon!!!"

"Relaxing and just a short minute walk to the ocean. Friendly neighborhood and met people from all over. Sunsets amazing. Beach was swimmable all the time, nightlife was lively with people of all ages. Grocery store, bakery, food trucks within walking distance made it hard to leave. The breeze and fans made you forget there was no air conditioning. The birds at night made it paradise to fall asleep. Great vacation spot."
