Lakehouse on Pomona lake

Lovely lake house that sits next to federal hunting ground. This is the perfect place to hunt, fish, bird watch or just play on the lake. Boat dock is a short 10 minute walk down the hill (about a football field and wear walking shoes) Leave your boat in the water during your stay for easy access to water fun.

The house has 1 private bedroom downstairs and 2 queen size beds and a daybed with a pull out trundle, in the loft upstairs. Loft is open with additional sitting area so you have a nice open feeling with plenty of space to enjoy each others company. Bonus play area for kids in the inside tree house with a full size mattress for sleeping.

House comes ready to use as your home away from home including a washer and dryer and fully furnished kitchen. All you need are your personal belongings to enjoy a leisurely vacation weekend or stay longer.

If you are looking for a big fire feel free to use the outdoor fire pit to roast hot dogs and marshmallows. Hot tub is located on lower porch for easy access. It is closed July-Aug. months depending on weather.

The house is dog friendly, we request no animals directly on the furniture please or upstairs on the carpet. Just put a blanket under them so the furniture remains clean.

Home is in a quiet area and we would like it to stay that way so please no loud music outside after 10pm Sunday-Thursday. Phones usually do not work in the house but you can call using IM or WIFi assist calls.

Please let me know in advance if you are bring a dog. Fee is $50 for each dog, no cats allowed. There is a $150 penalty if animal rules are not followed and/or not notified of bring pet/s prior to the stay.

There are security cameras on porch and other outside areas to ensure safety of guest and property. Cameras view the hot tub, all entry doors, driveway, front, side and back yards. No cameras in the house.

All trash is to be removed from property at checkout. Dumpsters are available on the northwest side of the road prior to the right turn to leave south shore. $50 charge if all trash is not removed from the house and property. Late checkout must be prior approved or there is a fee of $75.

Hunters/fisherman must clean yard, porch, deck and house of all blood, remanence and animal/fish debris. All hunting/fishing debris shall be disposed of in the dumpster or taken with you. $200 extra cleaning fee if not done as this is outside normal cleaning.
