"Cozy apartment full equiped close to bus station and Korzo street (5min walking). Apartment is really good, bed is comfortable, it has a kitchen, washing machine (in the corridor) and TV with Netflix. Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy. Owner, Vladimir, is really nice, helpfull and answers any question/doubt really fast :) I fully recommend the place. Take in consideration that is a 4th floor without elevator, in case you carry heavy bags."

"Wieder zurück von einem schönen erholsamen Urlaub mit Mann und Hund möchten wir uns für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung auf zwei Etagen bietet viel Platz auch für Kinder. Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung zu sehen, kein Neubau aber dafür eine Wohnung mit Charme... Im Aussenbereich gibt es viele Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten und der Pool sorgt für Erfrischung. "

"Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war eine Katastrophe, Finger weg von der Unterkunft!!Bilder sind wirklich schön, entsprechen aber nicht der Realität!Vor Ort mussten wir feststellen, dass das Haus in mehreren Punkten nicht dem in der Beschreibung und den Bildern dargestellten Zustand entsprach.Insbesondere war die Außenanlage ungepflegt und wies zahlreiche Mängel auf, der Rasen war nicht mehr grün und die Treppe zugewachsen, Palmen und Bäumchen gab es nicht mehr.Auch im Inneren des Hauses gab es...

Das einzige was nicht so optimal war, dass sich die eine Schlafzimmertür nicht schließen lies. "Lovely renovated apartment in old building with the fresh market right outside your door every day. Up one floor, so not good for mobility impaired. But modern appliances, spotless, everything electric, and laundry. No dryer. I used the heated towel rack to dry my clothes and it worked nicely after rolling out excess water in a towel. Just around the corner from the historic Theatre and blocks away from the marina. Close to restaurants, shopping, and of course, ice cream. Definitely walkable. "

"Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie mit drei Kindern eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig und gleichzeitig nah an den Stränden von z. B. Rabac oder auch Sveta Marina, sodass wir schnell am Meer waren. "Encontramos el hotel en obras, que presentaba una situación no confortable y seguramente no segura ya que trabajaban todo el día, hasta las 8 de la noche. Nuestra reserva era por un resort y encontramos otra cosa, teniendo que permanecer las 4 noches porque no teníamos otra alternativa. La administradora conociendo el problema nos ofreció reembolsarnos el 15% del valor total. Nosotros pedimos que ellos respondan por el reembolso total de la estadía que eran unas noches gratis y"
