"Bra, förutom att vår dörr kärvade (rum 1306) så man fick verkligen dubbelkolla att den var stängd ordentligt. När vi kom tillbaka på kvällen en dag, hade städpersonalen städat men inte stängt dörren ordentligt. Vem som helst hade kunnat gå in i vårt rum. Tack och liv var alla saker där så ingen kan ..."

"En idé är ju att försöka samla hoppande dunsande ungar tillsammans på några våningar ovanför varandra långt ned i huset. Ett par familjer lät barnen dessutom ligga krälades mellan borden med snubbelrisk när man hämtade mat och dessutom sparka på andra gästers stolar under frukosten. Inte så trevligt. ..."
