"Great experience!! Perfect little cottage for our visit to Burt Lake for a family reunion. Our host was exceptional. Had an issue with the refrigerator upon arrival (10 PM). Called our host and he arrived in 10 minutes and fixed the problem. Very impressive, and most appreciated!! 5 Star experience!! Highly recommend this property and these hosts!! Well done!!"

"We stayed in this condo for a soccer tournament in Petoskey. It was a quick easy drive to the fields and with a kitchen we were able to eat healthy all weekend. My kids enjoyed walking around the grounds and swimming in the pool in the evening. There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out when we needed to."

"I stayed here with a friend and our two 11 year old boys. This house is right next to the state park where we spent some time on the beach. The house was clean and had what we needed. There was ice left in the freezer, which we appreciated. Both bedrooms are upstairs and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. There isn’t much of a yard to play in if you have young kids. "
