"Not for large groups- 5/6 people at max! They said they could accommodate 11 but it was a horrible stay. Not enough beds, blankets or towels. Dining room & living room are tiny! Family had to use kitchen towels to dry. The front house is small and is a trailer. Reminded me of my high school classroom. I’m very unhappy with the ADU storage/shed/portable/tiny house in the backyard. The Expedia listing was absolutely misleading - called a tiny shed with 2 “bedrooms” a “cottage” and did not explain...

I had to contact the host after the published checkin time to obtain our arrival information, and other questions went unanswered. The listing noted basic soaps and shampoos, but only one small tube of shampoo/body wash was provided for a 3-night stay...

"When we got to the property we had an issue with cleanliness of the property. I immediately called Michelle the property manager and she had the unit cleaned within 2 hours while we went to dinner. Also had a coffee machine issue. She had a brand new delivered from Walmart with coffee. Outstanding stay. "

"Genie & Mark were very accommodating…From the upgraded kitchen to the upgraded bathrooms to the very clean, inviting & comfortable bedrooms their attention to detail was amazing…Throw in the complimentary slippers & toothbrushes and you feel like your in a 5 a star resort…We come up this way annually and with the house minutes away from everything we will look forward to our return…I’m sure they have upgraded plans for the backyard and can hardly wait for the finished results…See you again ...

"Todo muy bien. Solo el desayuno que está incluido está muy equis, hay poca variedad de alimentos; solo ponen pan dulce, café y avena. Fuera de eso, las habitaciones están limpias, y la ubicación es conveniente porque queda muy cerca de Solvang. Nuestra estancia fue agradable."
