  • You will enjoy this charming well appointed no pet (s) and no children bungalow, Your home away from home while you visit Vancouver Wa. Short or long term rental. With two cozy bedrooms, including a queen bed in the primary room and a sofa bed in the living room, a small twin bed in the 2nd (very small room). Guests have plenty of space to unwind. The bathroom features a refreshing shower., plenty of towels and everything you need to make you feel at home. Whether you’re curling up with a book or catching up on your favorite shows, the living room offers a comfortable spot to relax. Kickback and enjoy everything Vancouver and our terrific bungalow has to offer. Location is tops and minutes from the waterfront, hospitals and free way. 15 minutes to Portland and 15 minutes to PDX. Vancouver Lake only 10 min away. You will enjoy your vintage stay at the "La Casita Inn". W/D included in the home. This home is best suited for two adults, but can accommodate three adults( 18 and over). 30 day or longer 3500 mo. We will confirm on ALL bookings including instant bookings, you have read the rules and agree to them for this no pet (s) and child free home. Side note: Alaska Atmos credit card holders get points when booking through their online milage shopping app.

Have stayed at Lupe/Mike house several times while we were moving up to Vancouver. The property is very well kept and has a real home feel to it, which is why we always stayed here. The location can’t be beat as it is fully walkable to all of downtown Vancouver and the waterfront. In the market of rentals this one is a real find and would recommend this to anyone coming to the Vancouver area.

Uptown bliss

This was the perfect property for my stay. It was serene, fully stocked, and in great neighborhood. Bonus is I could walk to downtown, has a bakery next door and nice porches and patios.

Lupe’s cottage was as charming as pictured, and immaculate!This was probably the most well stocked vacation rental in which we’ve ever stayed.The welcome basket filled with goodies, and the chilled waters were much appreciated after spending a long day on the road.I highly recommend staying here!!!

Great little place close to downtown

Check in was easy. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities to make the stay pleasant (coffee, shampoo, etc). It's easy walking distance to downtown and the waterfront.

Exploring Vancouver

Property was charming and well maintained, the check in process seamless. The location was amazing and so close to the waterfront and downtown area. It was raining most of my time in Vancouver but the cottage was so relaxing and the surroundings beautiful, I highly recommend this cottage whether you are there for a brief stay or something a bit more lengthy.

Great Home in Uptown Vancouver

What a cute, cozy getaway! This home had everything you could ever need. The hosts were very responsive and had little notes everywhere explaining things-really appreciated that. The location is great, as it’s near Uptown with great restaurants, shops and cafes within walking distance. We definitely will be back.

Great stay

Charming bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. Easy parking access via alley. I could see myself making a home in the lovely spot. Plenty of restaurants with easy parking. The Green Chile burger and fried brussel sprouts at Pacific House were fabulous. Carol's Corver Cafe served up delicious breakfast in massive proportions.

Charm from the Past

This older house has been carefully remodeled into a small and comfortable little gem, located in a very quiet well-kept neighborhood. The owners have provided most everything expected for a comfortable visit for two adults and maybe one small child. It's not the Ritz but met our needs very well.

Charming with an excellent location!

We have friends in the same neighborhood which made this the perfect spot for us. There is easy access to downtown Vancouver and Portland. Our host is lovely and very helpful, all amenities were provided, and it has a lovely updated bathroom and kitchen. We will be back for sure!

Cozy Cottage Stay

We have enjoyed staying in the Casita every year! We enjoy the neighborhood walks, the Simply Sweet bakery across the streat, and the comfort of the cottage. It is exceptionally well supplied for in home cooking and dining which works for us when we invite our son, daugther and granddaughter over for a family dinner during our yearly visits. Out thanks to Lupe and Mike for providing this lovely home and for their outstanding support of their visitors.

Absolutely Perfect

I found this space last minute when a scheduled trustedhousesitters sit was canceled last minute due to homeowner illness. This space was everything I didn't know I needed, absolute perfection. The house was spotless and very well appointed.Lupe was wonderfully communicative and friendly. I loved this space and will likely return. Total respite. Thank you.
