Sliding glass doors open directly to the backyard, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The dining area flows seamlessly, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

    Backyard Retreat
    Step outside to your private backyard oasis—ideal for relaxing, enjoying fresh air, or a casual picnic. The space is furnished with comfortable outdoor sofas and a mini table, perfect for morning coffee, light meals, or evening conversations in a peaceful setting.

    On the third floor, you’ll find a cozy family room that adds extra space for lounging and relaxation.

    Bathrooms
    The home includes one full bathroom and one half bathroom. The full bathroom offers a serene retreat with a sleek shower, modern fixtures, and soft white lighting—perfect for refreshing and unwinding after a long day.

    Laundry
    For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located on the upper floor and available for guest use.

    This property is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. You’ll enter through your private entrance via the front door, and the entire space will be exclusively yours for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

    Please note: There are other residents living on the back side of the house with their own separate entrance and living area—your privacy and space remain completely undisturbed.

    This home is a self-catering rental designed for your comfort but still offers all the conveniences you need for a relaxing stay.

    For your convenience, we provide:

    Hygiene essentials: body soap, shampoo, cleaning products, and more.

    Household basics: cooking essentials, free coffee, and other kitchen necessities.

    We strive to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free, so you can focus on enjoying your time here.

    Parking: There is ample free street parking directly in front of the property, making it easy for you and your guests to park conveniently.

    No Smoking / No Pets: This is a pet-free and smoke-free home to maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests.

    Important Parking Notice:

    According to Vancouver’s Street & Traffic Bylaw No. 2849, Section 20.1(b), large vehicles such as trucks over 5,500 kg or longer than 6.4 meters are not allowed to park on residential streets for extended periods. Parking is generally limited to about 3 hours, and overnight parking may be prohibited. Please plan accordingly to avoid tickets.

    Identification Requirement:
    For the safety and security of all our guests, we request that guests provide us with a copy of their ID upon booking.

    Check-in and Check-out Hours:
    Our check-in and check-out hours are essential for our cleaning team's preparations. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please notify us with 1–2 days’ notice, subject to availability. Unauthorized extensions may result in a $200/hour fee.

    Parking:
    We request that you park only in the designated areas listed in our check-in instructions.

    Shoes Off, Please:
    We ask that guests refrain from wearing shoes or slippers inside the house. This tradition helps preserve the cleanliness of our shared spaces.

    Toilet Use:
    We request that you only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilet. For all other items, please use the bins provided for proper disposal. This will help prevent plumbing issues and ensure a trouble-free stay for everyone.

    Authorized Guest Count:
    To ensure a cozy and safe stay, we request that only the guests listed in your reservation join us at the property. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your guest count. An extra guest fee of $50 per person per night applies.

    Recycling:
    Guests are required to follow proper recycling and waste-sorting guidelines. Any city fines resulting from incorrect or irresponsible sorting will be charged to the guest, up to $300, to cover penalties incurred. Your cooperation helps us comply with local regulations and maintain a clean, sustainable environment.

    Garbage:
    We kindly ask that you dispose of and manage your trash responsibly. Excessive garbage may result in fees of up to $300 for additional disposal costs. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Respecting Quiet Hours:
    We highly value your comfort and the peaceful atmosphere of our property. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a serene experience for all guests and neighbors. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

    A Smoke-Free Environment:
    To maintain a comfortable environment for all, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy indoors. A $1,000 fine will be imposed to cover extensive cleaning and odor removal.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Before confirming your reservation, please review the provided cancellation policy. Once confirmed, it will be assumed that you acknowledge and accept its terms. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen cancellations.

    Maintenance and Care:
    We request that you treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. If any items are accidentally damaged or broken during your stay, please inform us promptly so we can arrange repairs for future guests.

    We reserve the right to terminate a reservation immediately if any house rules are not observed. Your responsible conduct is greatly valued and helps ensure a harmonious and enjoyable experience for everyone.
