Clean and updated property!
This property was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was a good place to stay for New Years. My only complaint is that it does not have a hot tub or washer/dryer like it said in the listing.

Great place and host
Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and mother in law. The unit is very nice and clean. Beds were very comfy. Only negative is it took a while to find the entrance. The vrbo instructions gave the access code but didn’t specify the location. Entrance is to the back of the house. Would recommend and would come back.

Quiet, clean basement suite. Minimal, with a bit of typical kitchen things for cooking, an eating nook, a smart tv (prime thinks we’re located in a non English country, so limited selection to watch), a nice bathroom with linens and simple sleeping spaces. It’s a nice spot to lay your head after a day of adventuring or shopping. Thanks for your hospitality!

Quit basement appartment.
Clean and quiet environment . Accomodation was okay for 1 night, but unfortunately, the advertisement on VRBO says 3 beds, but the third bed did not had any bedding and this was on our request also not provided, only 1 extra blanket without sheets/pillow. It is not very close to Vancouver city centre, it took us 45 minutes.

We were happy with our stay. It is very clean plus had all the amenities plus coffee, everything we needed for a two night stay. I would definitely recommend. Parking was no problem. Only two comments: one it is in a basement, so be prepared for stairs. however, it does not feel like a basement once you’re inside. High ceilings and bright. Two, I feel like the one mattress may need replaced, it was a lumpy, and I moved into the futon/couch.

Very clean and nice apartment! Convenient location, wonderful setup. They even have recommendations for restaurants etc in the area. We only stayed one night on our way to Vancouver but it was great! Definitely recommend

Super clean and comfortable. Great communication with owner, easy check-in, plenty of parking. A little further from Vancouver than I thought. Bathtub is pretty tall and maybe hard for seniors to get in and out of.

Clean, quiet, convenient, very nice neighborhood
We thought because it was a basement apartment, it would be dark and dingy. The design is good as they were able to incorporate some light from outside into the apartment. The amenities were very good. Furnishings nice and new. Beds were very comfortable. It is a drive from Delta to downtown Vancouver but all in all not so bad. We did that drive everyday and never had a problem. Not more than 30 minutes! I definitely recommend staying here!!!!
