We enjoyed our stay in this home. The host was responsive and the apartment was well kept and clean. The home was close to public transit or a short ride share to downtown.

The property is in excellent conditions. The host provides for all amenities for a comfortable stay just like living at home. Communication with her is superb and she excels in meeting all needs. Just be aware that you need to go down a set of stairs in case you have mobility issues. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay to feel near everything. In all directions it only takes 20-25 minutes at most to arrive to any important destination in Vancouver.

Quirky location. No coffee or coffee maker. Clean. Good host. Uncomfortable furniture. Bathroom door location right in living/kitchen area makes a number 2 rough with two couples. Good dishes and glassware. Beautiful exterior. Good neighborhood. Ok for a one night stay but I would not stay here for long term.

We loved the location of the house: it was peaceful and quiet when we wanted to relax, yet conveniently close to the main roads and everything we needed. Check-in was extremely easy, and all the amenities and equipment listed were available as expected.The only minor surprise was that the bedding looked quite different from what was shown in the photos. It wasn't a major issue and was purely aesthetic, so we got over it quickly, but updating the pictures would help set more accurate expectations for future guests. Everything else was great!

Great spot to stay if you're planning a trip to Vancouver, as it's ~15 minutes from most spots. It's a basement suite with a private entrance. The kitchen has everything you could need, and there are clear instructions posted. We were unfamiliar with separating the trash and were a little confused but figured it out. No shoes inside, there are slippers available. It's nice and private with good sound insulation. Street parking was iffy to find and we had to park a block away one time. Overall highly recommend, it's very clean and the location felt very safe.
