Cozy 3 bedroom unit

Nice 3 bedroom unit, a little warm inside, air conditioning would have been an asset. A few cob webs, place could use a good clean around the TV and by the fridge. Property manager was very good to deal with.

Hidden gem

Very cute and clean property in a quaint neighborhood. Was the perfect spot for an overnight stay in Vancouver after our Alaska cruise. The only bathroom is quite small though.

Trip to Vancouver for wedding

I stayed at this lovely 3-bedroom rental for the weekend while attending my cousin’s wedding, and it was an excellent experience. The property was spotless, modern, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing in between events. It’s in a great location, close to all amenities and with easy access to major areas, which made getting around a breeze. The host was friendly and very responsive, making the entire stay smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy stay!

There a scam the picture of the front of the house is not the Airbnb it’s just a picture. The Airbnb is at the bottom of the house. It’s nice but you can hear the owners walk around the house upstairs. It’s difficult to make noise because the walls are so thin. I don’t recommend having 7 people to stay. It’s good for 2 people.

Attractive, cosy apartment.

The apartment was very attractively furnished and decorated, with a good sized kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. Very attractive, electric, wall fire that looked beautiful with the flames dancing, and warmed the space very well. Three decent sized bedrooms, though one had no space for a wardrobe, or chest of drawers. That meant that one of our party had to “live out of their suitcase”. There is only one, compact, bathroom, but the shower was very good, and the sink and toilet were too. Unfortunately there are no laundry facilities in the apartment, which a shame, as that would be helpful in Vancouver, which is notorious for being a bit rainy. Access to the front door is only two steps down, so fairly easily accessible. The most annoying feature about the apartment was the very idiosyncratic electric keypad, which locked us out several times during our stay. Luckily Steven, our host, was very helpful, and easy to contact.

Construction Zone

My friend and I wanted to stay in the neighborhoods to have a quieter vacation versus the more populated areas. This house is very cute and in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked and well decorated. The tv and fireplace were very nice touches! The bathroom is a little small as other reviewers have pointed out but all is clean and great for my friend and I to hang out in. The space is in the basement of the house and as such you can hear the owner in the space above. There are posted quiet hours from 11pm-8am for all parties to make it a more harmonious space. This time was respected by everyone. However while I was there it seemed that there was renovations going on. Hours and hours of grinding, hammering, and vacuuming in the floor above (up until quiet hours). It would have been nice to know about this beforehand or that these days were blocked out from being booked.
