NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply: - No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco ) - No illegal drugs - No party or gathering of any sort - No loud noises at all times - No pets allowed - Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am - Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests - 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

1. Early Check-In:
Available from 1:00 PM onwards, a 150 CAD Early check-in fee will apply based on availability. Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm.
2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 1 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time. 25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area. Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
