Completed in 2019, this one bedroom garden-level suite is in the heart of Kitsilano - one of the most central and fun neighbourhoods in Vancouver.

This exceptionally clean and quiet suite is located approximately four steps down from a tranquil, sun-drenched garden with waterfall, ponds and patio. Ceilings are a clear eight-feet throughout the suite. The bedroom boasts a luxurious pillow-top king size mattress and walk-in closet. The living room includes a queen size pull-out a sofa bed, dining table for four, a cozy electric fireplace and a 50" Smart TV with cable and Netflix. Kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishes, basic pantry supplies and everything you will need for your stay. Bathroom includes full size tub/shower. The kitchen, bath and entry have underfloor heating and the suite has its own independent heat controls. There is a private clothes washer and dryer. The yard boasts a lovely outdoor living space where, in nice weather, you can enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. Public transit is only one block away and there are easy connections to the airport, downtown and all the key Vancouver destinations.

BEDS
Bedroom - King size pillow-top mattress - medium level of firmness.
Living Room - Queen size pull-out sofa bed. The 4" memory foam mattress is on the softer side and is not as supportive as a traditional boxspring and mattress.

CAPACITY
While we do accept up to four guests, the size of suite and beds are best suited for 1-3 guests.

Kitsilano is centrally located with easy access to downtown, the University of BC, Vancouver International Airport and all major attractions. The home is located on a tranquil tree-lined street in a quiet family-friendly residential neighbourhood. Shops, restaurants, major grocery stores and cafes are a short three block walk away.

Located three blocks from the Broadway transportation corridor - 99B Line express bus and connection to Skytrain to airport. Direct MacDonald bus to downtown is one block away.
