El hotel está muy cómodo. Las camas una delicia. En un lugar muy lindo.

Muy cómodo, habitaciones limpias, amplias, excelente atención del personal. Muy lindo el hotel. El servicio en el restaurante muy lento y poco atentos los meseros.

El hotel en general está bien solo que no hay servicio de restaurante para desayuno ... solo el room service y la verdad no se antoja estar en el cuarto ... son vacaciones y quisiera tener más opciones... creo q no volveré a hospedarme ahí por lo retirado de los servicios !

Aunque fuera del centro de Vancouver si te mueves en automóvil está bien ubicado, de fácil acceso, a pocos minutos del centro. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias.

Cuando hicimos el check in , el personal de recepción nada amables . Después necesitábamos una noche adicional y nos pidieron que checaramos diariamente si había disponibilidad porque tenían todo lleno , nos cansamos de checarlo y optamos por buscar otro hotel. Cuando nos ha sucedido algo asi. En otros hoteles el personal de recepción nos informa en el momento que se desocupa alguna habitación sin tener que checarlo nosotros mismos .

Hay una persona que se llama Ruben en recepción que es bastante mal encarado. Te contesta de mala gana SIEMPRE. No tiene ni idea de como atender a un cliente. Ojalá cambiaran a ese personaje ya que es literal NEFASTO!!!!

We've stayed at this hotel several times as it was central to our daughter at university. It made a good base when visiting North Vancouver and could easily get around from there. The service was fine. Just what you expect. The rooms were as expected, no issues really, beds comfortable. Although it's beside the highway, the traffic noise was fairly minimal. Only complaint was that the hot tub was out of service both times we visited, 6-8 months apart. When we did enjoy the pool, the gym overlooks directly into the pool area which was a little off putting. The gym itself - the machines were a little dated and I was unable to use the viewing screen. The lobby is very nice.

Room was nice, clean. Liked the kitchenette. Only improvement I'd suggest is upgrading the entertainment options for the TV to include streaming services to log into.

The staff here are a true representation of hospitality its like home away from home ......it doesnt matter where you live .....its better when you leave from here and ive been to every hotel in the city only thing missing is the comp breky but thats ok .....and a spa part that i wNt to help them find if they tell me what it is 5 stars for this amazing team all day
