We would like to apologize for your check-in experience and the interactions you had with our staff, this is extremely unusual as we regularly receive positive feedback regarding our friendly and helpful staff. We do share a front desk with student housing, but our hotel staff operate separately from student housing staff, and our hotel is a full-time hotel and not student housing. Again, we are very sorry that you had a negative experience staying with us.
