Beautiful Garden Suite, had a terrific stay! Spacious, quiet and private self contained fully equipped unit, we completely enjoyed our time there. We stayed in many other places, never had such good sleep and such quiet time like this one. The bed is so comfy, with overhead smart TV, we just relaxed on bed with popcorn and movies. The kitchen is well loaded, we made our traditional family dinner, it was excellent stay! We also had great picnic in the garden as well. It is flourishing. 5 star location, we can reach the shops, restaurants on Main Street just by minute, and parks across the street. Racquetball, golf, swimming pool, playground and gyms are just steps away. We will definitely refer this place, and will stay again.

I stayed at this property for several nights and the interaction with the host was terrible.3rd night: I heard loud noises from above the unit late at night. It sounded like water pipes shaking or sth. I did not contact the host at that point because I hoped I could fall asleep quickly and that it was only an occasional issue.4th night: When the noise happened again, I informed the host. Unfortunately, the host reacted very defensively and sent multiple messages accusing me of making an unfounded complaint. They repeatedly asked me to provide “evidence,” which made the conversation quite stressful.5th night: To respond to the host’s request, I left my phone recording while I was resting. Around midnight I captured the noise again—consistent, repeated walking sounds lasting more than just a quick bathroom trip. I shared the recording with the host and with VRBO support. However, the host replied by saying the audio was “made up” and recorded “from outside,” which I found unacceptable.Because the noise continued and my sleep quality became very poor, I ended my 7-night reservation early and checked out after 5 nights. The host refused to offer any refund, insisting that the evidence I provided was not real.I would not recommend this listing to light sleepers or to anyone sensitive to noise, as the late-night sounds occurred on multiple nights. More importantly, the host’s attitude was uncooperative and accusatory throughout the interaction, which made the stay stressful.

Great place for me and my family to stay. Worked out well. Only complaint is the free parking situation was complex, and not particularly close. Oh, and the shower sprayed me in the eye when I turned it on, lol. Great location, great extras for kids.

I had a great stay, the host was accommodating for early check in. The place was clean and had lots of kitchen supplies to use as well as bathroom suplies . The only complaint i have would be that the coffe was expired about 6 years haggaga.

Great spot for a work trip
The suite was well appointed and comfortable - perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located next to Queen E park (great for my dog) and a short walk to some great restaurants. Barb was very responsive and friendly and went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay
Visiting for family trip. The apartment was very comfortable, nice walkable neighborhood with many grocery and restaurant choices. Apartment is quiet and well appointed. If you have a car, I suggest you take Barb up on her offer to get a parking permit, it just makes it so much easier and less stressful. Barb was very helpful with tips about the city that added to our great vacation. We would stay here again for sure.

Cleanliness was a problem. Human hair on our bed, and one pillow had a sticky substance on it. Other than cleanliness the home fit all of our needs.

Very nice neighbourhood. Host flexible..allowed us to stay after regular checkout time. There were ants in the bathroom and sometimes a few in the kitchen. There was no receptacle for kitchen waste.

Lovely home and wonderful location
My family and I stayed here for 6 days and had a great time. There is a grocery store nearby with friendly staff where we sent our teenager shopping, a park with play structure and trails, a large, fully-featured community indoor swimming pool, and easy access to transit (need a transfer to Skytrain though).
Salina was very helpful, courteous, and quick to respond to our questions. We would highly recommend this stay to others!

Fabulous location
Really great location on a quiet street and in easy walking distance of Main St and QE Park. We stayed here for the Vancouver Marathon and it was right by the start line! Perfect for race morning!

Apartment by the park
The property is in a great location close to cafes, grocery shops and parks. Unfortunately we found parking on the street close to the property difficult and had to move our car frequently in order to comply with parking regulations. Salina was very helpful in terms of making sure we had access to the shared laundry and was a great host.

Everything you need plus a great neighborhood
All went smoothly from start to finish. Our host was so accommodating and generous. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed exploring Main Stree just a block away.
