This unit is placed right in the middle of center city Vancouver. It was really easy to walk to the Convention Centre, the Art Institute, the piers for tour boats, and all kinds of restaurants. And the price was much better than hotel options in center city.

The location was absolutley perfect, especially for World Cup watch parties. Good safe area, walkable to everything but with good public transit. Deck was beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for more :)

This apartment is in the heart of all the action. Very walkable and we were able to explore downtown Vancouver by foot because of the excellent location. Close to public transportation, and steps away from the most lively street in Vancouver. No need to rent a car, which was a huge savings. I’m looking forward to booking here again when visiting this city.

The address listed was incorrect so while the condo was in a similar location it was not the location we thought. The pics were accurate, it is cozy but better than a hotel room. Clean and in good condition overall. No in suite laundry. . The outdoor deck table is flimsy and one of the two chairs was broken in pieces . The bed was a firm foam type mattress, not very comfy, pillows very flat and need to be replaced with proper hotel pillows. The kitchen had cooking items but few glasses. Old cutlery and pots and pans. No dishwasher soap or liquid soap. 1 kitchen dish towel. 3 bath towels, 2 face cloths no hand towels. The building is nice. Older but renovated. No parking. The listing should have mentioned that very convenient 24hr parking was across the street for about $27/day, but he didn’t offer that handy info. Price was good and if we stayed there again we’d bring our own towels and pillows

The apartment was incredibly dusty and had a very peculiar smell. The windows very opened when we entered. To make matters worse, the TV doesn't work unless you have a personal Roku account.Check-in was a disaster. The host provided the wrong address, causing us to wander around. When we tried calling, the host never picked up, and we had to wait for a text response just to find the actual location. The most alarming part happened on our last night: a complete stranger walked right into the apartment. This was a massive breach of our privacy and safety. I have been messaging both the host and Vrbo for three weeks, and there has been zero compensation or accountability. They clearly do not care. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
