  • Welcome to our spacious and modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome in East Vancouver! This beautifully designed home features an open-concept layout, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, a dedicated dining space, and a large smart TV for your entertainment. Conveniently located near 29th Avenue SkyTrain Station, it’s ideal for families, groups, or business travelers, offering comfortable bedrooms, private bathrooms, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay.

    With stylish design, plush towels, and thoughtful touches throughout, our home is more than just a place to stay — it’s your personal retreat in East Vancouver. We can’t wait to host you!

    Your stay is in a private duplex at the back of the property with its own entrance. The space is entirely separate, so you’ll have full privacy and no shared rooms with the main house.

    This home is a self-catering rental designed for your comfort but still offers all the conveniences you need for a relaxing stay.
    For your convenience, we provide:

    Hygiene essentials: body soap, shampoo, cleaning products, and more.

    Household basics: cooking essentials, toaster, coffee maker, free coffee, and other kitchen necessities.

    We strive to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free, so you can focus on enjoying your time here.

    Free ample street parking is available.

    Important Parking Notice:

    According to Vancouver’s Street & Traffic Bylaw No. 2849, Section 20.1(b), large vehicles such as trucks over 5,500 kg or longer than 6.4 meters are not allowed to park on residential streets for extended periods. Parking is generally limited to about 3 hours, and overnight parking may be prohibited. Please plan accordingly to avoid tickets.

    In the spirit of a comfortable and respectful atmosphere for all, we have established the following house rules with your well-being and the comfort of fellow guests and neighbors in mind:

    Identification Requirement:
    For the safety and security of everyone, we require that guests have their identity/account verified through submitting IDs on the booking platform’s official ID verification process. There is no need to submit your ID directly to the host.

    Check-in and Check-out Hours:
    Our check-in and check-out hours are essential for our cleaning team's preparations. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please notify us with 1-2 days' notice, subject to availability. Unauthorized extensions may result in a $200/hour fee.

    Parking:
    We request that you park only in the designated areas listed in our check-in instructions.

    Shoes Off, Please:
    We ask that guests refrain from wearing shoes or slippers inside the house. This tradition helps preserve the cleanliness of our shared spaces.

    Toilet Use:
    We request that you only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilet. For all other items, please use the bins provided for proper disposal. This will help prevent any plumbing issues and ensure a trouble-free stay for everyone.

    Authorized Guest Count:
    To ensure a cozy and safe stay, we request that only the guests listed in your reservation join us at the property. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your guest count. An extra guest fee of $50.00 per person per night applies.

    Recyling/sorting:
    We encourage guests to recycle during their stay to help reduce environmental impact. Your participation is greatly appreciated and contributes to a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience for everyone. Please note that failure to follow local recycling regulations may result in fines imposed by the city (up to $300), which will be the responsibility of the guests.

    Garbage:
    We kindly ask that you dispose of and manage your trash responsibly. Excessive garbage may result up to a $300 fee for additional disposal costs. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Respecting Quiet Hours:
    We highly value your comfort and the peaceful atmosphere of our property. Quiet hours, observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, ensure a serene experience for all guests and neighbors. Your understanding and cooperation in respecting these hours contribute to a harmonious stay for everyone.

    A Smoke-Free Environment:
    To maintain a comfortable environment for all, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy indoors. We impose a fine of $1000.00 to cover extensive cleaning and odor removal, ensuring the comfort of all guests.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Before confirming your reservation, please review the provided cancellation policy. Once your reservation is confirmed, it will be assumed that you acknowledge and accept the terms of the cancellation policy. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend considering the purchase of travel insurance to safeguard against potential losses resulting from unforeseen cancellations.

    Maintenance and Care:
    We request that you treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. Our dedicated team follows a checklist to ensure everything is in order for our guests. If, during your stay, any items are accidentally damaged or broken, please promptly inform us so that we can arrange for necessary repairs in consideration of our future guests.

    Penalty fees:

    Smoking Policy
    This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $1000 cleaning fee will apply if smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is detected inside the unit.

    Pet Policy
    No pets are allowed unless approved in advance. Unauthorized pets will incur up to a $1000 penalty to cover deep cleaning and potential damages.

    Event Policy
    No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized events may result in immediate eviction and additional fines up to $1000.

    We wish to emphasize that we hold the right to consider the immediate conclusion of your reservation if, regrettably, any of these house rules are not fully observed. Your gracious and responsible conduct as a guest holds immense value to us, as it significantly contributes to creating a harmonious and delightful experience for all our valued guests. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
