The checkin staff were just fine. But the various dysfunctional, not-working, tech failure, or “breakfast policy change” issues were not only maddening but were not in any way fixed in any way satisfactorily. We were drawn to the property because of the expected serving of a hot breakfast included in our reservation. They switched, and sought to sell us the $16 per person breakfast. Otherwise we got a rather pathetic “continental breakfast”. Seeking some eating options while on property, we were directed to their vending machines that also didn’t work for the credit card (the staff waisted a half hour of my time before finally admiting they don’t have them connected to the internet. Sorry-we travel a lot, and the owner or upper management deserves to be called out on these matters in response to their apparent indifference.
