"This property is in need of some repair and cleaning. There were holes in the baseboard in our bathroom and the vents were dirty. Also, some less than desirable, loud and rude individuals in the room next to us, yelling and screaming while slamming the door back and forth at 2am!! The location is also not the best area, a little run down and noisy."

"The home was very nice, even though some areas needed to be cleaned more often. We liked our room very much and it was comfortable and cozy. The location was great and near the beaches. However, we were the only guests that night and we felt the innkeeper showed little interest in us and just didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, almost like she wished she didn't have to bother with us. "There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. "
