  • Enjoy a relaxing stay at Chasen Summer! Located right in the heart of Van Buren you have quick and easy access to dinning, shopping, and all activities Current River has to offer. The Landing, Jolly Cone, and Public River access are all within walking distance of the home.

    The home is on a quiet street with a spacious back yard, equipped with a fire pit, table, and chairs. Inside the home is a full kitchen( stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, & cooking utensils), 2 bedrooms (1 queen + 2 double beds), 2 bath (shower), that sleeps 5 guests. Wi-Fi available. We had everything we needed. There was plenty of linens and the beds were comfortable. Only complaint was that the air filter for the heater/AC was really dirty so it hurt our eyes and noses.

Great spot for a float!

We spent two nights at this property for our float trip. It was perfect size for our group of two adults and three teens. The second bathroom was a huge plus! Location was great, a quick walk or short drive to really anywhere you could want to go.

Lovely home

The property is beautiful and as described. Short distance to amazing food and to the Missouri Down Under Zoo in which we came for. Great place to stay for those wanting to be out in nature or fishing.

Great stay

Cute house, lovely porch swing and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the fire pit family style eat in kitchen. Right in town close to the river and stores.

The house was nice and it was pleasently decorated. Several of the lamps did not have shades - just visible light bulbs. The lock pad on the front door was verying difficut to unlock due to the fact the numbers were worn off. The remote which operated the living room light did not work. The house was very clean and was located in a safe neighborhood.

Cute house

Its a cute house, has everything you’d need. Nice front porch. No problems, everything was as advertised. Only critique would be the side chairs in the living room, a bit small and not super comfy but that’s a nit picky complaint.

Family trip of just us females!

The house was clean, cozy, stocked very well of all items including kitchen items, & host provided so many extra items that helped make our stay wonderful. Was so thankful that the host & the house was pet friendly. Great inside & outside area for all family members including pet family. Host was quick to respond & provided detailed information. Host was very kind & helped me with all items. We will stay here again & I will share all the fabulous information about the host, house, & location. Location was close to all adventures gor all ages. Thank you!!

Great place to stay!

My family was in gown for wedding. I had to have a place that welcomed pets, so this was ideal! One of my sisters rented the property next door, making it soooooo convenient to visit. Loved having a fire pit!! We shared our place with my brother and his wife. For our weekend stay, two nights, two bedrooms, two baths, and Charlie the rescued Staffy , we spent less than it would have cost one couple at The Landing!
