With an area of about 26 m², it comfortably accommodates 2 people and has been recently renovated to offer an intimate and functional environment, ideal for couples or travelers who want to experience Cervinia without a car. Just 240 meters away you can reach Cretaz slopes and lifts, while under the house there are all the main services.

Free and paid public parking lots are nearby (about 200 m), and there is a public car charging station about 300 m away (Golf area)
