Just 2 km from the center of Valréas and 300 m from a grocery store, the house is set in the countryside on a dead-end road, ensuring tranquility and safety.

The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets (including 1 outside). The private pool (9 x 5 m, depth 0.90 to 2 m, diving area) is open year-round and exclusively for guests.
