Tignale befindet sich gerade in dem Bereich des Sees, wo er sich vom Bergsee zum flachen Teil hin öffnet. Der Eindruck ist daher nicht so beengt wie im oberen Teil und man hat dennoch den Bergcharakter. Der Anfahrtsweg hinauf dauert natürlich etwas, man wird aber belohnt.
