This spacious, sunny 3rd-floor (with lift) apartment, looking out over the mountainside and ski lifts, is a stylish holiday retreat at any time of year.

The apartment sleeps 5 people. The bright open-plan living room has a comfortable sofa, armchair and a flat-screen TV. Two sets of French windows open out onto the private balcony, with a table and chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy uninterrupted mountain views. Back indoors, the dining table seats 5 people and is next to the modern, fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines.

Additionally, in the building, guests can enjoy total relaxation with shared amenities that include an indoor swimming pool.

Location

Vallorcine is set in spectacular mountain scenery, and the slopes around the village are suitable for skiers of all levels. The apartment is a short walk from the ski lifts and the ski slopes. For a gentler alternative, there are 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.

During the summer months, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing, tennis, golf and horse riding. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence.

The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux Jazz Festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away. Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (a 10-minute drive)
