Beautiful vacation home for 4–6 people in the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc

Come visit southern Ardèche and explore the reconstruction of the Chauvet Cave, its famous and iconic natural arch—the Pont d’Arc—its natural caves, and its picturesque villages. Go hiking or canoe down the Ardèche River...<br>Our vacation rental, “Le Bec de l’Aigle,” is located in the center of the village of Vallon-Pont-d’Arc. <br>The 66-square-meter rental is air-conditioned and within walking distance of all local amenities: restaurants, bars, shops, the market, banks, a pharmacy, a medical center, and an Intermarché. <br>The vacation rental consists of: <br>First floor: open-concept kitchen leading into the living and dining area with access to the terrace (barbecue, awning, umbrella, patio furniture)<br>Upstairs: bathroom with toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140/190 beds, and a “loft” bedroom with a 90/190 bunk bed.<br>One parking space is available. <br>Pets are not allowed. <br>The cottage is non-smoking. <br>A cleaning fee of 70 euros will be charged if mutually agreed upon at your arrival. <br>Sheets and towels are not provided (but can be rented).<br>A security deposit of 500 euros will be required upon arrival.<br>For more information or to make a reservation, please feel free to contact me.
