"First off, I will say that this COULD be a great place to stay. Decent house, love the location. With that being said, it was obvious that it had not been really cleaned in some time. I mean it was wiped down, but the walls were filthy, the carpets were grossly stained in every room. They were so bad that we wouldn't dare walk barefoot. The microwave oven was just plain gross. I understand bugs in a farmhouse, but there were so many dead bugs everywhere it couldn't have been swept properly...

"I was SO HAPPY to find this diamond in the rough!! We have never been in the Denton area and my Grandaughter had a dance convention at the Embassy Suites. This home was about 7 minutes away and a straight shot down Panhandle. (The street). The home was beautiful, clean (huge plus), spacious bedrooms, quite cozy. It was easy access to all of our needs. Target, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Natural Grocers, Chipotle, McDonalds. My only regret is I didn’t get to meet and show some love to Titus, their...
