"We were fortunate to get a room on the backside of the hotel because the front side is close to the highway. We had some problem with the check in procedure, but the owner was quick to help. It could use some remodeling, but otherwise clean, quiet and comfortable."

Thank you so much ♥️,...

"My friend and I went on a girlfriends' trip and had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Garden room at Rose Oak Ranch. Duane greeted us out front and gave us a tour of all the facilities. He was the most gracious host and was always available to help with the hot tub and other amenities.
