This VRBO property was an excellent choice for our stay. The cabin is very secluded and offers a peaceful, mountain-retreat atmosphere, while still being conveniently located near downtown. It was a bit difficult to find in the dark, but once located, it proved to be well worth the effort.The property is well-suited for both couples and larger groups. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and there was an ample supply of firewood for the fire pit, which we greatly appreciated. Guests should note that charcoal is not provided for the grill, so you will need to bring your own.One unexpected aspect was that the cleaning team requested a tip, which is not something we have encountered at a VRBO property before. Additionally, the check-in process felt somewhat invasive, as it required submitting photos including side profiles, a front-facing image, and a copy of my license. This made me a bit uncomfortable; however, as the booking had already been confirmed, we proceeded with the stay.The hosts do offer early check-in and late checkout for an additional hourly fee, which provides helpful flexibility.
