The rooms are big, clean and have everything you need. There are loads of extras in the room and it all feels very luxurious. The hotel is very close to all the amazing sites, bars and restaurants. Staff are amazing especially Olena on reception and of course all the other staff who went above and beyond who we met during our stay. We will stay here again when going on holiday in Malta This hotel is highly recommended 👍

The hotel was centrally located and walkable to bus terminal and ferries. Staff was very professional, helpful and always had a smile. Breakfast was enjoyable with fresh options being replenished constantly, coffee & drinks being served to the table with requests for refills. Room was clean with complimentary water, tea, coffee & free mini bar items. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent service, front desk and housekeeping especially. Breakfast average by the range and price. Rooms very noisy, quality of sleeping very poor, even considering the use of the earplugs that the hotel provides to guests.

Room was impeccably clean, but on the small side. Free minibar items were nice to have as was the Prosecco! Free breakfast was basic but plentiful but it does get busy towards the end of service. Staff were excellent, Olga was very helpful checking us in and out even offering us drinks while we waited for the taxi to the airport. Great location in Valletta, but beware it can be loud as the local bars have loud music, which gives it a great vibe for a night out, not so great for a quiet room, music got noticeably quieter at 12.00pm on weekdays at 1.00pm at weekends.

The hotel was in a conveniently located nice room and clean but would not recommend.Genesis and Olena were kind and helpful but rest of the staff especially the redhead acted as if it were an inconvenience to be nice and were quite rude. From 9pm to 2am the bar next door plays obnoxious dance music thank goodness we travel with portable fans! There are ear plugs on the bedside tables but who pays money to sleep with ear plugs? Unfortunately I’d skip this one

The property is lively and beautifully maintained. All staff are friendly, attentive and welcoming. Hotel is in an excellent location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. However, the noise from the bars close by does continue well into the early hours of the morning. The hotel does provide ear plugs but if you are a light sleeper and go to bed early you will need to bare this in mind

Excellent location, boutique-style hotel. Quite a luxurious room with own roof terrace and a jacuzzi was a Great addition to our vacation, although keeping the jacuzzi temperature bearable required some creativity. Nice complimentary drinks included but not the breakfast. Would definitely recommend and book again!

We stayed at The Barrister in Valletta for 4 nights and had a great time there. The highlights were the convenient location and the staff, who were very friendly and took the time to help us with recommendations in Malta and trip planning. They even overheard us once at breakfast and came over to help without asking! The free coffee and breakfast each day were also excellent. I only have one small complaint / piece of feedback: There were no shower curtains in my bathroom, which made it a bit awkward to use the shower each day. This might have just been an issue with my room, though.

I loved my stay! The only downsides were that late check out wasn’t available and there’s a club next door so the music can get pretty loud at night. Other than that everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend it. (One thing to keep in mind there’s currently construction in the area so Uber and Bolt can’t always drop you off directly in front of the property. If you’re traveling with heavy or multiple bags you may have a short walk.
